Clark~Kent Nerf Shamans! Nerf Shamans! eek ....Why? Shamans are really difficult classes to master. Most you'll encounter are going to suck, and the few that are good can kick your a**. They're a great hybrid class, and I really like having them around. That said, dealing with Grounding Totems from space paladins is going to suck.

Wow, Devastate is an awesome ability for Prot Warriors. Even Warriors who don't know what they're doing will be able to tank now.
That said, Fury Warrior is still the way to go. ********, the lot of those things.

George Sloane They do. Demonology specced Warocks and Fury specced Warriors. Or just Horde shamans. Maybe I should rethink what I'm rolling then.

Go Feral/Resto if you're going to roll a Druid. It means you're a Warrior, a Rogue, and a third-rate Priest all in one. Very versatile class, that one.
Druids are a pain to level up though, and Water Form is...well...mainly useless.
Still, once you've got a Feral Druid to level 30, you've got a kickass character.

Sorry to interrupt, but I have question: do the Horde players have a PvP system in place on the servers you guys are currently on? From what I've been told, Frostmane has one that's meant to give everyone a chance to be High Warlord.

I was probably one of the sucky ones.

George Sloane http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=MZVgMscRzxVx0ax0o That's the best Druid talent build I can come up with, and note that this is pre-Burning Crusade. Druid talents haven't been previewed yet for after the release. I can dig it. pirate

Lar Gand Sorry to interrupt, but I have question: do the Horde players have a PvP system in place on the servers you guys are currently on? From what I've been told, Frostmane has one that's meant to give everyone a chance to be High Warlord. Depends on what you mean. Any hordie can rack up enough Honor to become High Warlord. But it's insanely difficult and you really do end up doing BGs with the best of the best. Epic'd hunters and Mages who are one-shotting their opponents, for instance.
And Clark: It takes time to learn to play your class efficiently. I love my Warlock. I'm a decent Warlock, I think. But there are Warlocks who can just own circles around me. Classes that Warlocks beat with no difficulty can kick my a**, so long as the player really knows what he or she is doing.
It takes time and practice. 3nodding
Also, Shaman hardly ever get nerfed and are one of the strongest classes in the game in several categories. But I don't think they shoud be nerfed, because they're also one of the hardest classes to learn.

So, should I start a shaman on the Kapow server when I get my new card? I was a tauren. Ghost Wolf rocked, I once got my tow friends kiled because I flagged myself on PvP and attacked a lvl 60 Alliance when I was only like, Level 20. I was able to make it back into "The place whose name I forget but is a big city for the undead". 3nodding rofl
