Yuffie and Reno. Those two would have a wild insane time together, and most likely live a very good life as a couple. Yuffie would like Reno for the same reasons she'd like Vincent, his mad skills. Not to mention Reno has the bonus of being as energetic as her. Though Yuffie wouldn't be to impressed by his looks. Reno, would overall like her. Though the real problem is neither would love each other.
And there are couples in FF7.
There were two novels written by the writters of FF7 and a book made by sqaure enix answering ALL the questions left open about FF7. To be honest Cloud and Tifa are a couple.
Yuffie and Vincent is not a copule in the ORIGINAL FF7. Though it's obvious in FF7-2 Dirge of Cerberous that Yuffie likes Vincent alot. Vincent though, becasue of his usual dark style just is oblivious to this. As well Yuffie wont stop calling Vincent in one of the bonus videos on FF7 Advent Childern. If thats not direct enough of a message for you then this should be. Square Enix's offical explanation for Final Fantasy 7's ending movie not having Vincent of Yuffie in it is that they BOTH together went to Midgar to help people. Save them, while working togehter. Ahem ahem.
No argument up until the second and third paragraph.
There are NO couples in FFVII according to the original game. There is no clear answer because you have control over who Cloud dates, so that is null and void, and there is no mention of anything happening between Cloud and Tifa or Cloud and Aeris. Mind you, Im a CloTi fan, so I can agree that it insinuates something between them, but its just as much as there is something between Cloud and Aeris, but according to the game itself, nothing exists. The only pairing we knew and were told of in the game was Zack and Aeris, which was ended when he left on a mission to Nibelham (Nibelham Incident).
Next paragraph. Yuffie is the connector between all of the characters. She is the one that continuously keeps in contact with all the members of the original team. She calls EVERYONE. Saying that Yuffie has something going on with Vincent because shes always around him isnt a good defense because then wed also be able to gather that Vincent and Reeve have something going on. Yuffie is there because she wants to help and Vincent and Reeve are her friends. Shes the one that will do anything for her friends and to keep them all interconnected.
I havent watched the bonus videos in a while, so Ill check you on her calling Vincent. But she called everyone. Shes the one that sets up all their meetings really.
Wanna know why Yuffie and Vincent REALLY werent in the final movie of the original FFVII? Because theyre bonus characters in the game. They dont have to be attained in order to complete the game. If you dont get them in-game and they suddenly show up at the end, wouldnt that be a little strange? But yes, Vincent and Yuffie were placed in Midgar evacuating civilians and safeguarding the city in DoC, since they had to be somewhere.
