Profet snickered, "Yeah, it's a real madhouse, lemme tell ya. How you doin Malvado?" She asked popping a piece of gum in her mouth.

Naara smiled and headed for the back to get his uniform on.

"As tolerable as I could be, I suppose." he stated, sitting down on a stool on the other side of Profet. He turned his head to regard her casually for a moment before looking beyond her at Alma. "She daydreaming again?" he asked, tilting his head slightly to the left, just enough to give him the image of innocence that he unconsciously carried.

"I'm afraid so." Said Malyen (she's known as profet to the drakes but that's her real name) She's so deep in her thoughts she didn't even answer Dassan when he came in lookin for Adele.." She chewed on her gum as she staires blankly at the wall, "I wonder what she's dreaming about.."

"Who knows," Said Naara coming out of the back in his uniform and setting a pile of dishes next to the sink where his brother shot him a dirty look as he walked to the counter. "Hey mom, there's a big spider on the ceiling in the back.." He said pointing to the room he came out of."

"Spider!? I will take care of it, I is hungry!" Said a screechy voice as a black form unpressed itself from the wall where it had been pretending to be a design and swooped to the back room nearly knocking over the mountain of dishes beside Shinjo who shot another glare at his borther before going back to scrubbing.

Malyen laughed, "It's never boring here for those three..."

Alma was dreaming indeed. Weaving together a fanciful plot in her mind, one that involved a captured heroine and a valiant knight who came to rescue her. While it was childish to be thinking of, perhaps, it was something that most every woman thought about every once and awhile. With Alma, as she had had little time to dream of it as a youngster, it only came more frequently. At the sound of the mountain of dishes clattering, however, she gave a little twitch and blinked, looking around. "...Did I just miss something, Malyen?" she asked, offering a small smile.

Malvado gave a small roll of his eyes as he rose to his feet from the stool and began to move across the room, obviously needing to stay in some sort of motion. How else was he to remain sane with these bright lights, loud video games, and the like? He didn't belong here, after all. He belonged along, in the mountain, without a care or a group of people to impress. He moved his axe from his shoulder and began to spin it around idly in his hand as he began to slowly pace.

Malyen shook her head. "Nah, I'm sure Dassan found his way to Adele anyway.. You got to work on the spacing out thing." She said stretching. Her hair fell to her back off of her sholders and she looked around with her vivid green eyes. "Oh right.. Hey Malvado, your dad's been lookin for you too! He said he wanted to talk to you."

"Adele? Dassan?" Alma blurted out, almost leaping off of the stool. "Goddess, she's not ready for that! Who told him where she was?" She spun on her heel in a complete circle before shooting towards the door, almost stumbling on her own two feet as she did so. As soon as she reached the door, however, she came to an abrupt stop before slowly backing up.

Adele trudged into the building, looking absolutely haggard and exhausted. She pushed a lock of her hair behind one of her ears, which obviously hadn't been washed for a day or two. She looked up at Alma, her dull eyes revealing how depressed and tired she really was. "...Good evening, everyone." she said softly, as polite and demure as ever even in her obviously troubled state. She made a bee line for the bar, where Malvado was staring at her curiously, and immediately wrapped him in a big hug. "Good evening, son." she stated quietly, placing a kiss on the top of his head before sitting in the stool closest to him.

Malvado studied his mother, taking in how absolutely tired she looked. She obviously wasn't ready to be out yet. What had his creep of a father done to her? He felt his grip tighten a bit more on the handle of his axe, as if he was about to sprint outside, take into the air, and soar off to find his father. "...Hey, Mom." he said, only his eyes betraying the sudden amount of worry he had for her.

Malyen rolled her eyes when Alma headed toward the doow but hopped off her stool when Adele entered and hugged Malvado. "Well, if it isn't Adele, didn't expect to see you here so soon. C'mon, sit down and have a soda." She said cheerfully.

Naara glanced at Adele and went back to sweeping as he wondered what had her so down. 'Dassan's just trying to make things right.. Too bad he's too stupid to know how..' he thought to himself, remembering the talk he'd had with the dragon in otherworld.

Mitres peeked his leery eyes over the counter as he crunched happily on the spider. "Black and golden girly.. she looks terrible.. I is wondering, why she is so.." He said but malyen shot him a dirty look and he zipped back behind the counter.

Alma bit her bottom lip, her eyes sweeping along all of them as she rubbed the back of her neck rather sheepishly. From the way that Malyen had reacted, it appeared that she thought Alma had overreacted. Perhaps that was true, but she was merely being protective. After all that Adele had gone through these past weeks, months even, didn't she deserve that, especially since Akiro was running off and doing Goddess-knew-what? She released a shaky breath, one that she hadn't realised that she was holding, and moved towards Cassie's table, plopping down there.

"A soda, of course." Adele said, smiling as brightly as she could to Malyen in an attempt to hide what she was truly feeling. She felt shaken, guilty, dirty, everything that she had felt that day so long ago. So why couldn't she let it go? Was she so weak that she couldn't even do that? It felt as if a cold chill ran along her skin, goosebumps appearing. It's because you're weak, worthless, a boil on the face of all of drake kind. Goddess, what was that voice? That wasn't hers, was it? She shivered, nudging a lock of her hair behind one of her ears. "I'll take anything, really."

Malvado twitched his eyes towards Mitres, glaring at him with a cold gaze before he looked back up at Adele. His gaze softened, perhaps for the first time upon entering the building. ...Father, what have you done to her? If you've hurt her, then by the gods, you will regret it. He began to twirl the axe in one of his slender hands, eyes never moving from Adele's profile even as everything continued around him.

Cassandra's eyes flickered from Alma to Adele before she simply shrugged and leaned back a bit in her chair. Perhaps it was her personality, or because she was still young compared to the others, but she still failed to grasp the gravity of what had happened to Adele. She pushed her blonde hair away from her pale face, her appearance so like her father but her personality so dramatically different. I wonder what the guys are doing... she thought, her mind cycling through the various attractive guys that she knew.

Malyen hopped over the bar and began to mix together a soda. "This is my favorite, it always cheers up anyone who tries it." She said as she added a drop of this and that to the glass until it was full. She handed it over the counter to Adele, "Drink up."

Mitres peeked over the counter again. "She is pretty she is but inner mind so gloomy, I is wondering why.." He slipped back under the counter and faded through the shadows until he reached the one on the other side of the bar and slipped out of it. "You is not wise to be so glum Adele.. I is wanting to know of what bother you."

Malyen rolled her eyes but let Mitres do as he pleased.

Shinjo's ear twitched in annoyance as he clawed at the dry food on the dish he was waching but was listening intently to the happenings behind him.
