The stuff I read was mostly Judas/Jesus. I'd just seen the Judas gospels on National Geographic so I was like "hmmm... I'll check these out". (The actors in that documentary were really cute - clip of it here) They weren't explicit or anything, more cutesy-angsty PG:13 stuff - the type of thing you normally get with anime fandoms.
There were also a few priest-falling-in-love fics, like the one at the end of the first volume of "Black Knight" - just without the sex! Lol.I can't say anything without either you crying or me throwing up.
There was NOTHING right with what you just said. gonk

Oh my... Okay. Was not even aware of some stuff people presented. I think I will never recover. No really. I don't even want to think of what else is out there. It's hard enough thinking about my dad getting it on with a guy I crushed on in high school. I don't want to go where some people apparently want to.

Fat people yaoi. Really, sorry, I have nothing against fat people, but to watch the two men who have obviously never eaten anywhere but McDonald's getting it on..

Also... Who's wonderfuly bright idea was it to slash Kankuro with anyone? Who?! Really! Naruto yaoi is the spleeful...but we DO NOT slash the creepy puppet molester! Just, no!
I also have a problem with a certain type of Kingdom Hearts yaoi that includes Mickey, Goofy, and or Donald, being paired with the human characters.
No. Just...no.

Old people yaoi is bad, as is beastiality.
Unfortinatly, it's hard to avoid beastiality when you read a lot of Sirius/Remus fics. A really good fic can be completey ruined with one of them suggesting that they make love as canines. EW EW EW!!!

Beethoven... and... Malcolm X. Wow. That's a pretty hard thing to comprehend. I have a friend who idolizes Malcolm X; I would hate for her to find something like this. I'll bet they're turning in their graves. Sheesh... respect for the dead, anyone? Is nothing sacred?
Yaoi that Should Not Be... hm. Well, aside from the examples you've already listed, I can't really think of anything. I adore weird and rare pairings, so I'm pretty open to anything.

Two words: Neopet yaoi. Anyone else read a pairing between Adam and another Neopet? Just ewww!!! And then theres the FMA yaoi doujinshi where Roy poured the milk on poor Ed's body, and had Black Hyati lick off his privates until.... Its that bad!!! So wrong!!! burning_eyes
The only reason I haven't burned it is because of the nice pairing with Envy and Wrath. If only the rest of it was about that instead. stare

I guess I can feel pretty fortunate in saying th worst Yaoi pairing I'v ever encountered is VegetaxGoku >.> (though thats only because from my expreiance, when people write VxG they either completelt disreguard Chichi and Bulma or turn them into Relene-esque bad guys D: )
...Though I'm pretty sure I cam across a doujinshi involving Duo and Heero's scientist buddies getting it on... O__o

Brokeback Mt. Not sure if that's technically yaoi, but it definately shouldn't exist. The whole point to the movie was adultry! I'm sorry, cheating is cheating, and cheating is wrong. If you want to leave your spouce because your eyes are straying, fine, but go ahead and do it! I cannot tolerate dishonest people. Anywho, real stupid movie. 2 hours you will never get back.
