Maybe its her dad. -gigglesnort-
Anyways....I don't know who it is. I doubt(and hate) the theory that its Uchiha Madara. As far as I could tell, Sasuke and Itachi's dad was like..the ONE exception to the dark hair thing. His hair was brown. And, I think its been mentioned before in several places that the appearance of tomoe in the Leader's eyes were a product of the scanning of the pictures. As in..the scanner crapped the pictures out.
And besides; I doubt the Akatsuki needs two people with n00bs powerups.

I've heard the eyes clue people in that it might be someone relevant to the Yuhi or Uchiha family because they have rings in their eyes, but the Uchiha and Yuhi's eyes are red, and we cant really say that the leaders eyes are red too, so it could really be someone we've never even seen before, or someone mentioned, but not really shown.
Or i could be over thinking it... stressed

Before I go on about it no flames just my idea. Anyway I was reading one of my old copies of Shonen Jump and I was reading the part where Saratobi (sp?) was a little kid, then I looked at Leader-sama. I saw a slight resemblance, the hair and the eyes. I was thinking what if Saratobi never really died or he did die but came back as some one else. But then I thought the leader was there before, the hokage died. So my idea is that he had a brother, something like a long lost brother, or a brother he didn't know he had, a younger brother way younger. That's what I thought, I very well, could be 100% wrong, so don't take my idea to seriously.

Actually, I've heard that theory before.
I mean... we don't REALLY know who he is, so he can be anyone! Plus, we've never even HEARD anything about Konohamaru's dad/Asuma's brother/Sarutobi's other son.
