we got a couple of those ppl in our band, VERY religous, one of them is super hott! it doesn't bother me much, as long as they don't try to change me....

I haven't done anything, but those bus rides home.. lights out and movies on.. oi. I wont sit on the bus seats without putting my hoodie on the seat.. I've seen what asses have rubbing on em bare nekkid.. *vomits + convulses*

I dont know about you but the majority of our band members are just plain ugly. the color guards all hot but they go for the drumline.

WOOT WOOT SEX ON THE BAND BUS!! lol just kidding... well I know a guard girl and a tuba slept together a few times and I wouldnt be surprised if another guard girl and a mellophonist have... lol I have my eyes nonsexually on an alto sax player.. and THIS TOPIC RULES and of course serious bandos spend all their time with one another so definitely would be getting laid by each other... and I think bandos DO get laid more.. lol ive not even been kissed but hey... go figure...

Especially with the guy I like who switched to baritone because he was sucking so bad at trumpet. I almost busted a gut laughing when I saw him lugging around that baritone, but I still love him. coonie at my school, the band people aren't considered nerds at all. And a lot of them are in a relationship, sexual or not. Though, there was one girl who gave one of the guys a b*****b on the bus ride home from a competition.....she was kicked off and now the band is separated into boy and girl buses. Rumor is that her parents sent her to St.Gertrudes, local all girl catholic school........and our football team is 2nd in the district, 6th in the state. But the season isn't over yet......... If someone did that on our bus, I think Mr. C would have had a heart attack. And then he probably would have slapped her or something. I don't think that kinda stuff ever happened before to him in his band but you never know what goes on behind closed doors. And this gets very literal when we're talking about band trips. Oh geez, oh man. I don't see how Mr. C can even trust us enough to let a bunch of high school students go on a band trip together where we stay at a HOTEL for a NIGHT. Holy Jesus. But it will be fun, all right. wink biggrin

Vegyangel Yeah... our football team is the worst in the state... My god! Who would date someone in the band?! My god, I feel sorry for my boyfriend. Our football team lost at homecoming game two years in a row (sadly, we still had to play "pep" band for them...like they had anything to get pepped about... sweatdrop ). And, I just looked into the newspaper recently and we aren't even on their rankings. WooT. We totally rock. (NOT)

it's true
you have a much better chance of getting laid by someone else in band. and there is obviously evidence that there is sexual activity going on seeing as I walked in on some on our band trip last year... talk about akward sweatdrop

Blessed Blade On a serious note, there's a degree of maturity and companionship that band students have that enables that kind of relationship to be productive and active that alot of other social organizations in a school don't have. lmao... maturity? you obviouslly haven't met my band!

ppl are starting to pay more attention to the band here, so more ppl are getting g/f's outside of band, it's messed up but cool, maybe its' because we r ranked 8th overall in TOB group II...., But who knows.?

I told someone in my english class of the band nerd theory in the first post bout getting laid and he cracked up and said yeah right.. and then i yelled as he was leaving "well we all have sex with each other durrr" lol

eww... I don't want to imagine some of the couples in my band in the act of doing it... it's nasty enough seeing them together... there's one couple where they're like attached by the hip, and they're always kissing and crap like that... blegh GET A ROOM!!!

Neko Kafweenu If stuff like that goes on in my band, I don't know about it. I just see people in normal, innocent BF/GF relationships, and that's all I wanna see...... Sad to say it, but I'm sure it happens with one or two couples, but at least at our school it's not happening on the bus or anything.
