How curious and diverse these people were. Two rather beautiful men with silver hair; the beastly-looking man with dredlocks that seemed to cower at the thoughts of another "beast" that thrived within the very domain in which they were currently positioned; a strange, blue...dog-koala? Perhaps a dog, perhaps a koala, perhaps some mysterious blue mammal of a genus that he was unfamilar with; a man with mahogany hair, who was also rather nice-looking. Yet Marluxia held a menacing air...as if the two silver-haired young men--they had to be brothers--didn't.
The sharp-eyed Luxord owered his eyelids at the sight of those pretty green eyes in their sarcastic rotation, his own sharp opticals having caught it with a speedy reflex that he did not even recognize as his own.
Crossing his arms over his chest, the blonde male peered at all below, smirking just slightly. He was rather calmed with Marluxia's statement that a mere animal (if that's what was roaming the castle--Luxord just assumed) could in no way, shape, or form rise up against them. If they remained as a group, that is. "If we remain in cooperation with one another and we travel in groups of greater than two, I do think that we will fare fine."
His train of thought shattered entirely when he saw that rather pretty young woman just peeking into the castle doors like that, and a strange look crossed his features.
"What might be your name, miss?" Luxord drawled politely as he strode down the stairs toward that main floor, looking curious and charming all at once.

Beast's Castle-Entryway
Lucrecia looked at the man with the blonde hair as he desended down the staircase, "Lu-Lucrecia" she studdered, before regaining control of all her words, "Lucrecia Crescent.....do...do you know where we are, sir?" she looked around at the group of people. Wondering if they came the same way she did, or if they were just the owners of the large castle.
She had noticed the man with the pink hair summon what looked like a flower petal out of thin air...that was strange. Lucrecia looked at him in semi-shock, she knew alot about physics...but nothing about summoning flowers out of nothing, no materia she ever heard of could do that...
"How...how did you do that...?" she asked, eyes widened, staring at the petal incased in his hand.
This place is strange....

Stitch, valiant little defender of all things pink and Larxene, had gotten off his little furry a** and circled around to the newest arrival, ready to repel any intruder that threatened the big bumbling humans - well actually, he was just bored, being the attention-span deficient critter that he was. It was either that or run endless circles around them and attempt to tear the entire place apart.
Although the second option was looking very, very good right at that moment, to be truthful.
Sitting right in front of the Pinky, Stitch watched the woman enter, and when she didn't seem to be threatening - read: interesting - the furball grunted and commenced running around in circles.
Really, could they get going already??
He tugged at the Pinky's robe, trying to get his attention. "Eh! Eh!" Following that, he sped down the hall, eager for them to follow. Larxene had said that she was hungry, right? So he would go and find food for them!
Now if only those bumbling humans would follow....

Being Larxene, she proceeds to give almost everyone an equal dose of apathetic look as they discuss about this 'Beast' who might come out of nowhere at anytime to eat them all. Silently, she agrees to Marluxia about how one Beast can't possibly defeat all of them if they just stay together. She stops herself from quipping about how the worst thing this Beast can do to them is smother them with its bad breath.
The only response Lucrecia got from Larxene as she stepped into the castle is a slightly raised eyebrow. This particular eyebrow goes back into its normal position as she slightly smirks in amusement at how Luxord seems to be trying to charm the pretty-looking girl. The only thing he knows about himself is his name and already he is wagging his tail at the hottie. How typical of men.
Noticing how Stitch seems to be trying to get Marluxia's attention by running around in circles, Larxene's lips upturn into a grin. She is rather fond of the critter now, despite how it definitely got ADD and all. "Oy! Wait up!" She calls out to the hyperactive alien who is already speeding down the hall. Looking over her shoulders, she ignores everyone except for Marluxia. "You coming? We're gonna get food," all those other people can hang around in the hallway until they rot for all she cares, but Marluxia is different, of course.

Beast's Castle - Entrance Hall
Lenne…? Where are you? And where was he? Damn creatures… They ruined everything. Everything! He had finally found her. It had been one thousand years… one thousand years of anguish, torment, and dismay. Could he not finally rest with the one he loved? Why was he hated so?
But he had to find Lenne. He had heard of a place called “Olympus” so he would have to find that. Of course, it would help if he found where he was. This place was large and spacious… but so alien. The architecture was like nothing he had seen before and everything was lit horribly. Zanarkand was much better… at least before Bevelle destroyed it.
Shuyin frowned at the thought. That was something he could never fix and he hated it. It was always their fault. Always. It was why he and Lenne were killed and split up for one thousand years only to rejoin and split up again! For all he knew, it was Bevelle that sent the nasty creatures into the Farplane and sent him and Lenne spindling into unknown worlds.
The Blitzball player found a long staircase. Where could this lead? A gloved hand reached down to the hilt of his sword, reassuring him. If there was anyone down there, he could handle them. He knew it.
With utter speed, Shuyin dashed down the stairs and whirled around to see a large group of people at the bottom. He knew none of them but maybe they knew Lenne. Or better yet, maybe Lenne was with them!
“Lenne! Lenne!” he yelled at the top of his lungs. “Are you there Lenne?”

Front hall
Xaldin had ignored all the questions thrown at him. Too much on his mind. Too much fear in his heart of what was here. Then his attention moved to a blond man with clothes so mismatched in his eyes that he wondered if the man was even civil at all. Raising an eyebrow, Xaldin stared at the man screaming for Lenne.
"There is no woman here named, Lenne, boy." He replied, crossed his arms. "Just us. And perhaps the two residing in this castle." His voice had taken a drop to dread and hatered by the mention of two others. "But no Lenne here."
He shook his head. More people? Sooner or later Beast would find out from all this yelling and murder them for intruding. Damned monster.

Entrance Hall
A bit startled, Shuyin examined the crowd a little closer. There were two silver-haired men, two dark-haired men, a pink-haired man, a woman, and a… thing. But no Lenne. Not one brunette with her perfect hair and face among them. This was a waste of time! He had to keep moving!
The young man ran up to the crowd and rudely pushed his way to the man who addressed him, the one with the dreadlocks. He already disliked this man. Who was he to act like he was the superior over Shuyin? He was not about to take that kind of crap from anybody.
“Listen here.” The Blitzball player’s eyes flickered with a barely constrained anger, “First off, Don’t call me boy unless you want to regret it. And secondly, if Lenne isn’t here, what is this place called? I need to get to Olympus. Heard of it?”

((OH YAY. Awesome~!))
Marluxia raised an eyebrow at...Lucrecia. He stared at her for a moment, and then let the petal disappear. She was obviously not a threat...
A sudden tug at his pant leg made him look to Stitch, a smirk creeping onto his lips. Luxord was already greeting/charming the girl named Lucrecia, so the man simply turned when yet another person joined them. Oh, how very tiresome this was getting. He seemed to be lookng for somebody named Lenne, and Xaldin had already informed him there was nobody named 'Lenne' here.
Turning to Larxene, he nodded, then followed after her. He had noticed she had only addressed him, and at the moment, the man didn't care. All he really wanted to talk to was Larxene, and he didn't mind Stitch tagging along either. Marluxia could really care less about the others at the moment.
"Yes, you haven't eaten yet, have you?" he asked, remembering the spaghetti Zexion had made before. He was relatively full, but his blonde friend hadn't eaten.

Lucrecia turned as another young man entered the room, asking for a "Lenne" he seemed a bit...hostile. Especially when the one man told him that she wasn't here. Lucrecia was a bit worried about this young man and stepped back a bit. She didn't want to be near him, she decided it would be best to leave the boy be. The last thing she wanted was to instigate something.
She decided to talk to the blonde haired man, he seemed friendly enough, "Uh...excuse me, Sir?" she began, taking a few steps towards him, "Have you heard of a man named Vincent Valentine? Do you know where he is...?"Lucrecia really hoped he did, and she hoped the man could tell her how and where to find him.

Eat? Eat? At a time like this? Either Larxene was incredibly calm, or she was careless. Hunting around the castle for something to eat was beyond Luxord's knowledge of safety.
But he shoved this thought aside...only until he swung around to stare at the man that had emerged--undetected--from the staircase above, yelling about someone named 'Lenne'. Please. Could this scenario be any more dangerous? Luxord simply rolled his eyes at the most recent newcomer and directed his attention back to Lucrecia, pressing a gloved hand to his chin as he tried to search his memory (or what was left of it) for the name Vincent Valentine.
"He sounds charming, but, unfortunately...I remember no-one of that name. Please forgive me." He gave the girl a pitying look before gazing idly up at the door from where she emerged, narrowing his eyes just a little before they flitted back down to the field of view in which this woman was included. "But where did you come from just now?" he asked, cocking a slim, pale brow and crossing his arms over his chest.

Beast's Castle, Main Hall
Lenne.
Ugh, this must be the guy who annoyed him to no end earlier, and Kadaj raised an eyebrow at the getup. Seriously, was this guy just begging to be targeted? What was with the loud colors and the strange outfit? Granted, he didn't look like wimp, and he probably looked like he could hold his own in a fight, but in Kadaj's opinion, that was simply a jerk who knew no manners whatsoever.
Turning to the young man, a light scowl crossed his features as he almost hissed. "You." Why couldn't he have chosen some other place to be at? Why here?
"What are you doing here? And no, I've never heard of this...Olympus."
And then it hit him. Why would he ask about some kind of unknown place, and be rushing to get there as well? His scowl easing into a smirk as he ignored the one named Luxord and the woman, he addressed Shuyin directly - this one was more deserving of his attention anyway, if only by a little - a smug tone creeping into his silken voice.
"Found your little girlfriend, have you?"

Now this was annoying. When he was shoved aside, Xaldin's hand went out and grabbed Shuyin by his odd clothing. "Don't you DARE threaten me! You must be Shuyin?" He asked, having read his arguements online.
This boy was trouble.
"I can call you what I wish, Boy." Xaldin hissed, and from his heavy accent, it made his words sound a hell of a lot more hurtful then he orgininally intended.
No matter, the Zanarkand Abe deserved it for the damage he's done to everyone over a simple woman. Kadaj was on his side, it seemed, over the fact he glared and hissed at Shuyin. He actually begun to like Kadaj for that.

Hallway, Beast's Castle
Larxene will never ever admit it, but she is a little glad that Marluxia decided to tag along. Only a little, of course. The people she actually cared about talking to are only Marluxia and Stitch, maybe also Tifa, so she is very glad that she managed to slip out of the commotion that seemed to have risen in the main hall. She shakes her head in reply to Marluxia's question, "Nope, not a crumb." Stretching her hands in front of her, Larxene sighs in annoyance, "I'm so hungry that even the walls are starting to look awfully tasty."
That is not exactly an exaggeration, her stomach is so hungry that it is starting to hurt and she will eat almost anything to soothe the pain. Narrowing her eyes, Larxene snorts in annoyance, "If there's no food here, I'll hunt down this Beast and eat him." That one is an exaggeration.

Beast's Castle - Main Hall
“You.”
What? Shuyin whipped around, seeing one of the silver-haired men, the one with the shorter cut, staring him down. What now? Did he know him? In all truthfulness, Shuyin could care less whether he knew this guy or not but he seemed to already have a grudge against him. Whatever. Shuyin would deal with him just like Hairy over here if need be. But… he did seem familiar.
“You think I want to be in a pit like this?” Shuyin glowered. “And who was talking to you anyway? If you don’t know about Olympus, buzz off! I don’t have any time to waste.”
“Found your little girlfriend, have you?”
The young man stopped, anger rising. “Don’t you use that tone with me.” His statement was filled with a slowly bubbling rage. “And don’t you dare talk about Lenne like that!”

Kadaj, for one, was not on anyone's side but his own. That was the way it had always been, and the way it always would be. Less than impressed at the dreadlocked man's show of anger, Kadaj simply commented acidly, "About time you grew a backbone."
Now, if he could show that same courage while dealing with this...beast. Not that he cared, really, but if Xaldin was going to scream like a girl while they fought the creature, Kadaj was going to slit his throat himself just to be rid of the annoyance.
Taking in Shuyin's intense rage, and sensing more than a little menace emanating from those words, Kadaj looked him over, still smirking that smug little smirk of his. "Hit a nerve, have I?"
