"I guess that as much as I've given up fighting the instincts and desires of the Komodo I still haven't really fully accepted what I'm becoming... I don't know that I want to, there was still a lot I wanted out of life that I will never do now"

"Noone said it was a bad idea, it's something I'll definetaly have to consider, after all we are a community here, we might as well know each other" she paused and nods "Nice to meet you Newton, please don't ever take the actions of the Komodo badly, I do my best to keep control over it, I've only lost control a couple times, and thats mainly when I was fighting eatting meat, I used to be a vegan..."

"The lake? I haven't beent here in a while, least not since all the construction they've been doing... I wonder if it's changed much" she taps her 'chin' with a clawed finger "I never did go there much, I wasn't a very good swimmer, don't know if that had changed or not... You weren't good at swimming either I take it?"

He shifted, "I j-just... ah... n-never r-really... s-swam much. N-never had the op-op-opportunity." He had been a good son, afterall, sitting at home with his father rather than going off galivanting with the hooligans doing god knows what. His summers had consisted of sitting infront of a high powered fan or that joyfull moment when he was asked to make his father a bourbon and orange juice, therefor gaining a breif moment of cool comfort from the freezer as he retrieved the ice.
