Mokujin stepped on the transport boat to the Land of Lightning. Seeing his two students falling behind, he waved them aboard, urging them to hurry up. After all, he was the only shinobi assigned to the mission, he'd look bad if a jounin couldn't even be on time for an E-Rank mission...

Rai Stumbled onto the dock panting. Not used to running his legs gave a little wobble about them. "Excuse me.... Sensei.... Do you..... Have .... Room for.... for one more?" He said between gasps of air. "I know how to make a clone... A Bunshin. Not a solid one.... Just one but its enough to distract at least... I hope." He looked towards the figure on the ship hoping for a yes. He rested his hands on his knees so he wouldn't fall in front of the teacher. He wondered when the switch had happened. He didn't know this teacher.

 Keon kept up with Mokujin sensei making sure ro keep the securely in his gym bag. He was hoping for a fight more than anything, he couldn't care less about the mission itself or the village trying to regain its respect. All he wanted was to fight and as long as the Mist had enimies he would gladly help them fight them. When Keon saw the other shinobi chase them to the boat he sized him up trying to guage his abilities.

Mokujin couldn't help but smile at the new student's enthusiasm. It was the first time the two of them had even met but the the kid had actually ran all the way from the academy when he had heard a mission was about to get underway.
"Of course you can come!", quickly answered the sensei. "We'll even work on some of your skills while we're on the way. We have a few hours to kill anyway for the boat ride."
Now, where was that Keiko. Mokujin was certain he had seen him leave with him, but for some reason he appeared to have gotten lost on the way. It would be great to have him but he couldn't stall the ship captain forever...

Rai bowed to the Sensei and said his thanks. When he straightened he looked at the other student. He smiled and liked the gloves. He wondered if there was a pair he could find. Oh but of course they would hinder him so he decided that it would be best to let it be just a fancy. He turned his attention back to the Sensei. "My name is Raikane Mikiru, but you can just call me Rai. Thank you again for allowing me to come as well. The only Jutsu I know is Bunshin. So I'm up for learning anything." Rai smiled again and looked back and forth between the other boy and the Sensei.

Mokujin waved all the students in, and, once the three of them had boarded, waved the captain to set sail for the Lightning Country. The ship raised the anchor, untied from the harbor, and sailed off at sea.
"Alright guys, what do you want to do to kill time while we're sailing?", asked the sensei, turning to his students.

 Shinzu ran with all of his speed while running after the boat, not wanting to miss this mission, even if it was only a training one. "Wait! Hold on Wood Sensei!" As he watched the ship pull away Shinzu ran even faster then, using all of his strength, jumped from the very edge of the dock. As he landed on the boat he rolled before finally stopping in a rough sitting position.

The boy in red looked at the kid who managed to jump on the boat. Keon applauded his effort, but thought his method too flashy and unnessessary. He ignored him and answered Mokujin sensei's question. "Well I've been itching for a fight since I woke up this morning, So would I be cool with you If I spar with you or Rai?" Keon reached into his bag and got out his gloves. He put them own and stretched his fingers before clenching a fist.

Rai watch the kid jump onto the boat and smiled then clapped along with the other kid. He rather enjoyed that. He listened to what the kid said not paying attention until he saw the gloves going on. "Uhhh. Yeah.... Ummmm. I'm not good at sparring but I will try my best." He stood in his stance as he got ready and winced at the pain he knew he would soon feel. "Okay.... Let's do this." He closed his eyes and when he opened them his face serene and his eyes serious. His last spar didn't go well and he had a feeling he was going to lose but he had to give it his all. He would not go down easily. LV. 1

"Whoa dere guys.", said Mokujin, pulling them apart with chakra strings. "Now's not de time to be fighting amongst yourselves. Keep an eye on the horizon, I'm fairly certain on dese water dere should be some action soon enough...", he added, turning his head towards the open waters.

Not paying attention to the others Shinzu stood up and walked over the side of the ship. Leaning out he looked out over the ocean, the endless expanse that had a calming affect on him. It was hard to grow up in Kirigakure and not feel somekind of bond with the Ocean. To Shinzu it was almost like his home away from home, but it also had it's dark sides. It was well known in the village that those heading out onto it's endless expanse, wether to fish or to go on a mission, may not return.

Rai sighed with relief as he was pulled apart. He had a feeling the other kid could fight. He nodded at the Sensei and did as he was told. He scanned the horizon and didn't see much beyond waves. He noticed some fish which took up his interest and distracted him from the rest of the scanning. He watched as the fish kept speed with the boat. He wished he had some bread to toss at it but oh well. No use crying over bread crumbs. He shrugged and turned back towards the waves lazily.

Keon scanned the immediate area. He thought he might have heard something, however thinking it might have been just the waves he ;et it go unchecked. Regaurdless Keon tightened the strap on his gym bag so he could move more freely without it falling off his shoulder if the sound was something he should have worried about.
