Shou would peer through the windshield, looking at the glowing guy and all that jazz before jumping out the back of the jeep, landing with a shoulder roll before stopping on all fours. He'd quickly make an about face, his index and middle fingers bare and pressed against the ground roughly.
If the rampaging jeep wasn't enough to interrupt the spell, then a significant shield of stone would erupt from the ground, sweeping like a wave overtop the tank and taking the meteor for it.

((It doesn't take much to blow up some fuel tanks- especially if you're some sort of powerful magician.
I'll agree with Josh on this- though I'll take the option of the jeep barring down on us after the explosions.
It'll mean that we'll have to edit our posts a little bit, though- as far as us running away goes, that is. Since we're still able to defend against that jeep.))

((My understanding, get out of the way and the spell falters, or finish the spell and die. The jeeps doing about 50mph and the depot isn't the largist of stations, other wise there wouldn't be just three NPCs working there.
Also, giant rock hiting the tanks would not cause it to explode. Rock hits the tanks, tanks rupture and the flames of the rock catch the fuel on fire; but no explosion beyond the initial impact as the tank ruptures the pressure for the explosion decreases.))

As if she had not already made more then enough trips. Now a giant circle was in the process of being made. Directionally challenged? Just a tad. She did think far enough ahead to slow down as signs of civilization started to increase a bit.
With any luck she would get to skirt the edges of the Fuel Depot and head back towards home. At the sound of an explosion or alarm scream though she did the thing that seemed most right at the time.
What was this wonderful movement? Run like hell, duh, though technically it was her poor abused pack animal that would be making that extra effort. Of course she had no idea exactly which way the village was but eh...she'd get there.
If attention was drawn down onto Stryphe and his group of terrorists heavy, she could probably get a bit further then normal. Least before getting noticed...hopefully.

((Guys. We posted the explosion. The tanks are now, as we speak, exploded and fire is spreading throughout the Depot. Besides, you cannot honestly tell me that within 20 seconds, you could sense my spell, change course, find me, ram me, or create a stone shell in less time then it takes gravity to pull a buick sized rock down to earth. That being said, I'll take the barring down of the jeep, but not before the explosion actually takes place. As far as your actions are concerned, they're retroactive.))

(( I say we go with the explosion. But things to keep in mind. You've got a 50-60 mph Jeep going at you, Rivan's (probably) experiencing regen time after having cast a Meteor ))
Damn...would've been an understatement. A meteor amassing as it prepares to hit a fuel tank...and they were speeding towards it. Real smart. There were two individuals that he could see, both of which seemed pretty damn hostile. Or maybe they needed a better hint. After all, exploding meteors were so ambiguous.

((If we take the option of having the spell complete itself, Stryphe is just standing there. He'd have been able to see the jeep coming for a while- there is no way he'd let it hit Rivan.))

I think they're perfectly capable of running someone down. All is as it is said, except Shou should get some serious road rash from diving out of that thing.
