Heh. it's sad, we are supposedly a nation famed for it's manners. Yet i see no sign of it when I am out & about. People are rude to each other constantly. What is the price of a little common curtesy?

It's because every customer thinks he comes first. Whoever thought up that rule should be slapped with a forklift.
Try working in Essex, Nothing but townies and Pikies? a ******** nightmare... you just have to be better than them and show them you know whatt he ******** you are doing, don't swear just be as smug as hell witout them having a leg to stand on when it comes to complaining.
ignore them... it's nothing personal and they will treat any other member of staff the same, it's just the way some people are.
