ok this happend to me in middle school this was after i had been out of karate for about a year so i and forotten most of my techniqques, but this one kid don't even remember his name kept picking on me whale we were out side doing the national fitness test thing he kept calling me fat and all kinds of other mean things so on the way back in the school he said something else to me and i went off on him told him to shut the f*@$ up called him a f** and all kinda of other things.
So he swong at me i caught his arm mid swing twisted it to the point it almost broke and then kept kicking him in the balls till he begged me to stop. Then i let go of him and went in side like nothing happened ,and thats the only fight i won or didn't have broken up in school.
