Another thing on how you can tell the Krichevskoy is indeed Mid-boss, is that in the "World of Disgaea" book, the have a realationship chart that says that he was reincarnated into Mid-boss after dying to seal away Baal. (Or something along the lines of that)

another hinting at mid-boss=krichovskoy, in the anime is in the 7th episode. you see mid-boss riding on a runaway mine car with the thing that everyone thought was maharl. he screams,"thank god i dont have a love-child!!" or something like that, as well as when he learns about maharl he gets all worried and anxiously asks about maharl's mother.

Cherry Delight WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD 3nodding If you get the good ending in the game,you see Midd-Boss AND the Queens spirit dissapper together. I think that really gave it away. I have some more proof,but I'm gunna be lazy and not show it sweatdrop this was pretty much the proof I was gonna offer. and its darn good evidence too
