She held up a finger. "It's not insanity, it's eccenticity. I'm not fargone in the head, I just happen to see things different than over people do. Can you handle an ecccentric friend with eccentric parents?" Rich eccentric parents. You'd never know it looking at the regular sized two story house. The outside looked just like any typical middle class family's with two working parents. But, both of her parents were big corporate moguls that somehow still found time for their kid and each other. It was kind of weird how well they managed time... Guess the key was having all those assistants.
They always liked to go on the weirdest vacations, like staying at a castle in Transylvania for two weeks over the summer, except that it was COLD in Transyvania during their summer, and she'd had to bundle up insanely. Or paying extra to run around the Louvre at night. Though that had been kind of fun when the creepy paintings hadn't made her dad jump. He was so paranoid..

"Parents or friends?"Of course, she'd never had any other parents but she figured, with the way everyone always complained about their nagging parents, that she had it pretty well off by being born to the weird ones. Now as long as they could manage not to frighten any friends she might get away then they'd officially be the perfect parents. Not that she ever brought anyone home but Pyralis.

"Well, I couldn't tell you about siblings." She said, shruggina little bit as she walked beside her. "But I don't think having a talking salamander as your best friend is really all that normal either." Heck, even a talking salamander isn't normal, having one as a best friend was highly eccentric. Most people would just suppose, like Franki, that you were nuts if you told them. Even if that wasn't the half of it.

"You think it's fun having people think you're a nutter? It's not like I fit in with anyone as it is." Even the other 'weirdos' because she wasn't a major people person. Pyralis probably just got along with her because she was dedicated to her work.
