Kita_Keru Super Mario Bros. (Overworld) Super Mario Letra K2: Boss Mix -Kita Keru It uses several Super Mario Bros. samples and contorts them into a musical experience of the electronic genre along with some rock. *Love* That mix. Rocks. So hard. It doesn't sound like a Mario song, but the Mario sound effects were used very well. A job, well, well, well done. -salute-

Meh, I thought about changing the whistle into a more trancy sound, but I found that the whistle sounded much better at the intro and I didn't want to really sacrifice that. Many thanks for the feedback.

I'm loving how you gated the initial synth.
>_O and WOW is that whistle high pitched, I had headphones on and my dog started cocking her head and whining lol.
00:43 I'm liking the drum kit and the beat you used here.
1:25 drums kick in more, liking this alot
1:37 a bit of old school!!!! hopin that keeps up
1:59 I like this guitar sample alot adn the little break you did from the main melody is nice too it breaks the monotony of the song (the original track not your mix)
mostly after this its awsome...
4:01 O_O HOLY CRAP OLD SCHOOL!!! heart heart heart heart
my only gripe with it, as with meta fish's is the very high pitched whistel.. other than that I love this mix to death

I fixed the problem. No more whistle, it's replaced be another old-schoolish synth. I also put in a reversed cymbal to even out the rough transition from the guitar solo and full synth to the plain gated synth. Epic Shock (Updated)

hmmm, I don't know. I think I liked it better WITH the whistle. This new version doesn't flow as smoothly to me. I don't know anything about music, but this one doesn't sound as good to me. the other one, even with the high pitched-ness, flowed better. I think so, anyways

I'm currently working on a sparkman remix, if anyone has any requests that they'd really like to see done.
you can send me a link to the original song as it was composed on the system and tell me what game and what song you would like....though I don't do genre specific remixes, mostly trance, though I am willing to try jazz
