very much agreed, and Final Fantasy 8 is my favourite.
So many good chaarcters, it's a shame it doesn't get as much credit as it should, FF 7 sometimes gets too much credit....*sigh*

It was the first final fantasy game I played, so naturally, I have this really sentimental attachment to it. Hehe. But yes, it does have nice characters, and the storyline was pretty cute too. ^^
I haven't played ff7, but i've seen advent children... and well, Squall's about as much sulky as Cloud is, rather Cloud seems more of a 'slow' recluse from AC... so i dunno what the hype is about... yet. Vincent is eyecandy... ninja XP
They could've had Rinoa in KH. xp heart
