Hello orangekitty, and welcome to the guild! We appreciate all new and active members and hope you will contribute to the guild's success! ((Sorry if I sound a bit too weird...just in the mood to be out of the norm...))
Anyway, as regards to your character, you create your character...you PM Hinata-sama(as Laijin is currently unavailable) and tell her your Village preference, Character name, and any clan preferences that you may want, such as being a Hyuuga or maybe even an Uchiha, or none, or, since I'm not certain whether Komm Kayriel is active at the moment, you may PM me with an idea if you want to create an entirely new clan...
I have to judge if it is a reasonable bloodline ability first, and also if it is unique...if not, you'll fall under a already-created clan...most ninja techniques can be used at the discretion of the user, but remember it should match your current rank in the guild...which means no godly summoning until you are at least a Chuunin just so it flows better...
that about covers it, so, to create your character, PM Hinata for comfirmation about your village and clan information, and also((very important)), post your character Bio and information in the Member Profile Thread...You may read previous member profiles for an idea of how to make one^_^
and...(last paragraph, I promise, sorry for the length)...remember that the Academy Students Thread is currently enrolling students!

Oooo...wow..very nice. Im still unavailble, seeing as though after today im gonna go inactive for a couple of more weeks. It would be nice though that whomever is accepting and decling guild request, whether it be Hinata-sama, Komm, you, or someone else..for them to send me what village and clan the member would like to be in so that I may edit it on the main page.

The Academy is the training area, and once you graduate most of the tows have something similar
