I dont get it, what to we do?

Goto tektek.org and make an avater with clothes that only start with the letters E, M, or Z, or whatever letters you are told to use. (in the first post.) Then post the avatar, along with a list of whats on it, and show everyone your preety avi.

Oh, and you can use whatever style of hair. :3
