Can any of the shredders in the guild recommend some things to help my shredding? Need some ncie speed, then my playing will have some mojo lol
Anything and everything. Literally.
Speed is a byproduct of accuracy, so make sure you're playing cleanly and in time. Buy a metronome and use it every time you practice. Start slow, and build it up slowly. You're not just gonna jump to 16nps, you need to start with simple 3nps excercises and 2nps excercises, and do them faster, and, faster, and faster.
Practice scales alot. Learning theory would help you out alot in the long run.
For songs, play songs that are just out of your league, but not too far. Songs that you could ligeitamitally play after some practice, but not on the first time. Songs that teach you new techniques, or help you build on ones you already know.
