Tangowr, after the amazement of Ai actually believing his story, listened intently as the girl shared hers. He knew the ex-assassin's past well. There had been a bounty on her head when she left HANA the first time, and the reward for her capture was nearly as great as his. He did think of her as a kindred spirit. She knew the pain of losing her family and immediately being turned into a killer.
Tangowr was all too familiar with the assassination agency known as HANA. Many of their operatives had been sent to kill him. Many of which never returned. He had always heard of their highest ranked assassins, one of which was Ai, or as they called her back then, Mayumi Tenshi. The Angelic Chainsaw, a nickname she had picked up for her deadly efficiency, had made quite a name for herself in her glory days...
"So what made a pretty girl like you decide to work at such a fine establishment such as this" he asked half-jokingly.

Mayumi was surprised that he'd listened to her entire sob story without his eyes wandering to her chest. She was actually one to watch eyes, as they told many secrets about a person. Tangowr, she found, had horrifyingly beautiful eyes. Like piercing rubies, she saw anger, hatred, and even a little sadness. There was more to him than he was letting on.
"I'll tell you if you can keep a secret!" She turned her head to one side and winked. "Can you keep a secret, Elton?"

Tangowr found himself lost in Ai’s stare as she locked eyes with him. He wondered where this conversation would lead them, and considered backing out in fear that she recognized him and was going to make her move while he was distracted with……other things…..
Hesitantly he responded, “I’ve got some secrets of my own. I’m sure I could keep one of yours, Ai. Or, rather, would you like me to call you Mayumi?”

"Gck!" Maymui sat back, eyes wide. Fear took hold of her heart and was promptly trying to burst from her chest.
[He must be from HANA!] she thought. [He must be here to kill me! Grrr... I thought I'd shaken my trail off! I didn't want to ahve to kill him... he's one of the attractive ones! Ah!]
She leaned forward and hissed. "Who are you? Are you from HANA?! I swear to the gods, I'm not going down without a fight!"

Hotaru spotted Mayumi and man talking to each other at the bar. "Hmm, seems like Ai found someone to keep her company." Hotaru said to herself.
She wonder around the bar and spotted another drunken man calling out for her. She sighed and said. "Here we go again." Hotaru walked over to the drunken man and asked the drunken man, politely. "Would you like anything to drink?"
"Yeah, I would like three bottles of beer." He told Hotaru. "And while you are at it, why don't you give me a little lap dance with my order." He told Hotaru.
'Ugh, another jackass.' "Sir, there are plenty of lap dancers that are willing to give you a lap dance. I'm just a waitress." Hotaru said to the drunken man. "Why don't I just get you your three beers, and I'll go ask one of the lap dancers to come over here and give you a lap dance." Hotaru told the drunken man.
"No, I want you to give me a lap dance." The drunken man said to Hotaru. He grab her wrist a pull her close to him. "Now give me a lap dance, you b***h."
"Excuse me? Look, bud. There are plenty, and I mean plenty, of girls who are willing to give you a lap dance that does not include me!" Hotaru said as she pull her arm out of his grasp. She began to walk away, she mumbled. "Damn b*****d."

She was staring at the couple that had drawn attention, however little it may be, to themselves, a bit frightened. Lily was still cold from her wet clothes. [Perhaps, I shall take my leave...I don't want to be in any fights.] as started to put on the damp gloves back on her hands.
She sneezed again, only it was quite loud. [Oh I hope no one saw that..] She wasn't as pathetic as this. She's just not used to the atmosphere of 'sin' as her mother frequently called this tavern.
Having enough of the soup, the brunette put the spoon back on the table and started to get up until she tripped over her own two, yet still quite damp, feet and fell over which caused the chair to fall. The shakes caused the candle on the table to fall, and start a fire on the table.
"Oh no! Help!" she said as she helped herself out and tried to squeeze what little water that was in her gloves, dress, and hair. But it was just a few drops and she felt that she was two inches high. [Ohh...I seriously hate being clumsy...]

Suddenly.. The hinges squeaked as the taverns door(s) swung open, making a large clacking sound as the musician walked in. He was soaked from head to toe as his hair dripped droplets of rainwater onto the dusty, wooden floor. His humble, oversized leather sandals squished and flopped as he walked inside, his brown habit, now a darker as if he had fallen into the river. He looked around at the scene that was currently taking place, and the stupid grin ran off his face
Wha-oa. Looks like I came at a bad time.
In his right hand he carried an accoustic guitar, he un-wrapped it from it's pig leather covering. It was a bit beat up, with chips on the headstock and tarnished strings. He walked up to the bar and began to speak with the bartender.
Sorry, I'm late. I forgot my guitar, hope I can still preform.
The bartender scolded the young man, threatening not to pay him next time he preformed. The young man nodded and obliged as he made his way on stage..

"You alright miss? You're soaked. Would you like to come over to our table? I'll get you some hot tea to warm you up."
Lily looked down in embarrassment as the cloaked yet nice gentleman took care of the fire that she obviously caused. She assumed that he was a sage of some sort because of the cloak, but she didn't want to pry. It wasn't any of her business.
She started to tear up, but she didn't cry. She felt so bad.. but she was sniffling. She wasn't sure if it was a cold sniffle or a cry sniffle, but it followed another large sneeze and more sniffling.
She decided to take the nice man's offer for hot tea with a quiet nod and started to move whenever he would move.

Mayumi was slightly disappointed that Tangowr had invited the girl to the table. She had been looking forward to a nice one-on-one conversation with the first non-pervert she'd met in weeks. Reluctantly, she stood up and pulled a new chair towards the table.
She dropped herself back into her own chair, trying to ensure that her disappointment was not too obvious. She leaned forward on her hands, and when Tangowr and the girl sat down, she said "Hi, I'm Ai."
She stuck out a friendly hand to shake the girl's own. "Nice to meet you."
Mayumi became vaguely aware of a young man with a guitar who seemed to be getting ready to perform on stage. [Funny,] she thought. [I don't remember any other acts scheduled for tonight.]

Mizuka clueless stumbled into the room. Finding a place to sit, she pulled out a book and began to read. She was thankful for a break, she had been working ever since school had finished. And she was exhausted. Putting manga back in order was a tough job, espically when people take them out and throw them around. She pulled her thin frameless lenses higher slightly, but they slipped back down to their original spot. Sighing and giving up, she dropped her eyes back on the page.

She looks up at the woman before her, offering a most obvious gesture.
"Nice to meet you."
It was very obvious that she was not only older then the girl before her, but taller as well. She laughed at this when she noticed her breasts, compared to her own. [Eheheh...She looks younger then me, but more developed!] She took off the glove off of her right hand and put it in her left hand to hold.
She lifted her right hand to meet the girl's and shook it not too forceful, and she had a pretty good grip. "Nice to meet you too. I'm Lily." She said kindly as she smiled.
Then she noticed that she had a look on her face like she was a bit worried. "Is there anything wrong?"

Emerging from a shadowed corner of the room, Mika headed slowly through the maze of wooden tables and chairs. Dressed in a dark green cloak, she kept her head low to the ground, refusing to meet eye contact with any of the population. She did however catch a glimpse at some of the particularly drunken men ahead of her. Grinning under her disguise, she walked by them, and slowly moved her hand towards one especially-full pocket...
Snatching the wallet and shoving it under the cloak, she began to walk off when she felt a grasp at the cloak. A large, muscular man from a table nearby had yanked the cloak so hard that the hood had fallen down to her neckline.
The drunken man chuckled and pulled her towards him. "Hey there hun, have I seen you before..?"
Disgusted, she grabbed a hold of the cloak and tried pulling it back. Unsuccessful, she tried again. "No- I don't think so.." She snarled back.
She looked around and noticed that several other man nearby were staring at her with drunken faces. She narrowed her eyes and finally snatched the cloak back. "So if you don't mind.. I'll leave you to your mindless fantasies.."
Angered, the man shakily rose from his chair and raised his hand towards her.
Mika turned her glance with a look of surprise..
