Tiger Jimmy J. Reika_Masanori Also the characters themselves don't look that appealing to the eyes. The artist has a tough time drawing Girls because Ino and Sakura look a little masculine. REIKA! scream Don't flame. neutral

When you are drawing a female Anime character, the eyes cannot be hard looking. Girls eyes tend to be softer and more elegant. Sakura's Eyes are too slender. Making her look more masculine. Look at Sakura Kinomoto's eyes. Her eyes are more rounded, making her look more elegant and feminine. But also the age of the character becomes a factor. Sakura Kinomoto is ten years old. Sakura Haruno is in her teens, but then look at Usagi from Sailor Moon, her eyes are rounded and soft. Not at all masculine.

Just hanging out drawing in this heat. mad D Reika> It's just the style of drawing. neutral You can't really compare Naruto to some Shojo anime, of course the styles are going to be different. I mean honestly, if Sakura Kinomoto was suddenly stuck in a ninja academy and made it all girly, do you think it would appeal to such a broad audience?
