Utilizing the same rapid blink as before, Hohoemi was able to process the kick coming at her. Though she would need to drop the stillness in order to counter attack, the slow speed at which she saw the kick coming was more than enough for Hohoemi to predict the course it was headed at.
Her hands would come into play at this junction, having essentially created an explosive shield around themselves. Using both hands to block the leg, upon contact with her hands, a proximity mine effect would occur, detonating with a great outward force at the object coming into contact with them.
Braced accordingly, Hohoemi would use this block as a counterattack, and hopefully remove the beasts leg, if not, she perhaps had something else up her sleeve, going into perfect stillness in her new blocking position and resuming the rapid blink.

There are subtle difference between Hohoemi and Iucundatis; most notably being their weight and mass. Now Hohoemi was pretty average for a human in terms of weight and size. Iucundatis on the other hand was a giant that stood over twelve feet and massed more then a singular ton and potentially upwards of three or four.
This was clearly a lot of mass and with most of it being comprised of a very heavy and resilent armour the armoured leg would crash through the explosion to ram itself against her hands.
The momentum of the kick would transfer through his leg in a powerful bone crushing level of destruction to her hands and ultimately down her arms to the rest of her body. Throwing her potentially off ballance. A ballance that would already be in jeapordy as Iucundatis loosened his control over that section of floor beneath her feet.
It would remain physical for now, but shortly it would no longer be able to support even her weight as the force that had given it form was no more and the floor was deteriorating and becoming a glupy mess of flesh.

Hohoemi was far from human as many of her previous actions had indicated, and though she was relatively weak of mind in some cases, her body was another story. Her APPEARANCE was that of a humans, but appearance is not always indicative of one's strength, and this was definately the case with Hohoemi.
Not only would her strength be enough to stop the kick, but this explosion would likely cause some sort of damage. Regardless, with Hohoemi's blinking still in action, she was able to notice the subtle but sudden changes in the floor, and decided it was best to act fast.
Aiming for the edge where the spectators sat, Hohoemi would rocket herself with yet another superhuman jump, clearing the gap with ease, but not quite able to land steadily, instead, Hohoemi grasped the lip of the spectator wall and pulled herself up. Situating her hands at her sides, palms out, Hohoemi resumed her blinking.

There was a slight problem with her plan though. While she may have blocked the kick she hadn't thought that he would follow it up with another attack in rapid sesession. Indeed the next blow would come not even a full second after the kick landed against her hand.
It was a downward swing with his left arm, barbed tenticles pulsing out a dark crimson ichor gripped the shaft of the crozius. The weapon was bathed in lightning as the force field around it crackled with destructive power about the pear shaped mace head.
Close enough to kick with a greater reach then her Iucunadits had gripped the weapon as he charged in and had swung it back and around in a wind meal motion as he kicked at her side only to bring it down to strike across the top most hind part of her head because of his height advantage over her.
If she did try to continue with her escape then she would only be caught even more unaware as she would have to actually take her focus off of the combat to spot the area she was aiming her jump for.
Iucundatis did have the misfortune though of having his kick blocked by an explosion which forced his leg back and there was a sickening sound of what could only be thought of as bone fracturing as the leg was victim to such extreme forces. It wasn't much, but it was a start to limit his mobility.

Seeing the mace in motion as well, having her first hit already landed on his leg, Hohoemi thrusts for the base of the beasts tentacles, another explosion of HMX already prepared. The strike coming from overhead, it was very easy to evade given the blink.
Upon making contact with the beasts left shoulder, a detonation would occur and Hohoemi would immediately duck and roll between the beasts legs, his massive size giving her ease in this kind of move.
From behind Iucunditas Hohoemi would then make her jump towards the spectator area, grasping the edge and pulling herself to safety before looking down to Iucuditas to see what had occured.

Except Hohoemi would have to dodge the mace first before she could even attack what would amount to Iucundatis' forearm. With the part of the leg doing the kick the top of the foot, ankle that would put considerable distance between the two to start. Much more then Hohoemi could just reach out to cross seeing as how Iucundatis held a height advantage and thus an advantage in reach over her.
So it was that Hohoemi would not be within range to deliver her explosion without first moving in closer and her thrust would at best put her towards where a wrist would be on a normal, if such a thing could possibly exists, person of Iucundatis' height.
Even if the explosion would happen then the crozius is still swinging down upon her and as she didn't dodge it besides to thrust of her hand for his tentacles the weapon would still strike upon her skull

The mace, coming from behind Iucunditas and then overhead, was dodged by Hohoemi's thrust to the base of the beasts tentacles, or what would better be understood as the shoulder.
Regardless of what had happened of the attack, Hohoemi had rolled between the beasts legs and out of the way of the overhead mace swing. As such the only skull it would crunch was that of the evaporating floor.
After her jump, and a slight struggle to get fully up, Hohoemi would turn to Iucunditas and begin her rapid blink, fists clentched this time.
