A note on the "past":

There are two Saberstrykes in play. One is from the future. He has chosen to work with Hariel. Another is one the side of the Wolfriders and is charged with guarding Dannin. Just so there isn't confusion...

Okay, in the ancient past, we're at a standpoint. Dannin is corruptd, and the wildcats want to rescue her, could I perhaps combine two armors to make a more powerful one? Or is that too far off the storyline? I'm still doing research, so help me!!

massive plot will tie all timeframes together. I should have it up here by week's end.

NEW PLOT, EVERYONE READ:

here's what I came up with. Please give imput, parts in gray haven't happened yet, so are subject to change and characters shouldn't know -

Past: The Wolfriders have returned and the warriors of the Clans are sent into the first real battle since the fall of the Lost Clan and their kindred. But the reason for their assention is hidden in shadow.
The reasoning is simple, a traitor Clan, the Inferno, has released the exile bond on the Wolfriders. The four Flame armors the Inferno keep are now under Wolfrider control and they are trying to gain the other five, so they can control the Eternal Flame. But there is one hope. Talpa's great armor will be split and made into nine Ronin Armors, and able to summon the Inferno armor that came into the Lost Clan's posession and is now in Harel's care, though he doesn't know it. This battle will cost Kaylyn, who had the idea for the Ronin armors, and she will leave a child, Korin of Bright Flame, who is cursed to walk the earth until the battle is over.

Present: Korin has come out of hiding to bond with Sage, who has the Ronin armor akin to her own. Dannin, once Talpa's Lady of the Flames, is engaged to Ryo and the ally of the Ronin Warriors. She commands the Black Flame and between her and Korin, they hold the only Flame armors that remain.
Or so they think. The other Flame armors remain in the dynasty and are now under the command of Lady Tusuki, who even now is trying to overthrow Lady Kayura of the neatherworld. If she succeedes, she will send an even worse terror to the mortal world than the shadowalkers and the controled Flame Warriors. She knows that the Ronin Warriors still live, and that the remaining Flame armors exist in the mortal world. Eventually, enough Flame Warriors will decend that Dannin will call the Eternal Flame, and well...all heck breaks loose

Future: So far, the world is at peace. Tusuki is banished to her own corner of the neather world and Dannin has called the Flame armors together like they were in the begining, so there is now only the Eternal Flame. Dani, leader of the New Ronins and weilder of the Wildfire, has to come to terms with her Wildcat bloodline, and the leadership of the Ronins.
But there is a problem. Batrias seems determined to kill the armor bloodlines (going on a limb here damage), and Dani sends him hurling into the past with her greatest attack. So Dani finds herself trying to find a way to destory an evil that came from the past (the ancient Tusuki) that followed, and not reaveal Shade's past to herself before the ancient warrior recovers her memories.

The Warlords have last names?

Yup I Think it might have somthing to do with the manga... maybe. They used to have other names before they were warlords.
