I'll wait until I get the official word from Blood. I don't want to have to remake the character twice.

I figured I'd post this info to avoid confusion. It's from a conversation with a player about this game.

I was really just recommending the Tri-Stat Dx book for a place to get Super-Powered Attributes and Defects, that why I noted that the Supers are supposed to be BESM characters. You should use BESM rules for creating your character.

I was planning on making up a list of Tri-Stat Dx Attributes with BESM point costs, but you were the first person to actually try to use the book... If there are any Tri-Stat Dx Attributes you wanted to use that aren't in the BESM book let me know and I can give you new point costs.

Feel free to take the uses of the Attributes from the Tri-Stat Dx book, but use the costs of the attributes from BESM. Even Attributes like Gagets are really just Personal Gear. Most of the Tri-Stat Dx Attributes are just more complete versions, or have something that shows you their usefulness to a Super Hero.

Are we allowed to go beyond level 6 in attributes? I'm eyeing some more skills that I want, but 80 points just doesn't go that far......

It says in the core rulebook you can, so I don't see why not.

as long as you follow the linear progression included , and skills i beleive do not have a cap

im curious to see what your mecha turns out to be razz for megan

also... in the besm2edrev armor that is hidden is only half effective.. i personally feel that armor that is not obviously visible shouldnt be any less effective
and in Tristat DX they resolved that issue.. so im wondering if i can ignore the hidden armour issue all together?

Preliminary writeup on my character is up. She's going to have a form-fitting powersuit, very sleek. If I have a few mecha points left over, I might make a robotic cat "animal companion" to keep her company. razz Her item of power will be a headset that she wears.

Alright; we're using BESM 2nd Revised. are we using regular stat costs, or staged?

How should I handle Dynamic Powers without PMVs? Shall I take Dynamic Sorcery instead?

Regular Stat costs. I have no idea about the others.

you coudl take dynamic sorcery and use the pmvs as kind of a guide.like DS lv one is like Dynamic powers with 1 point on all of the PMV areas and and progress from there

xd You almost got me there. I had to go back to the 1st post and check... I only gave out 60 CP for characters.

You can only go past 6 ranks if it will result in overly powerful Attributes. Otherwise there's no point.
