I think Sesshoumaru would because he has his Tokijin and the tensaiga and all Naraku has is Kagura and Kanna

sesshomaru gets suck up by naraku but gets out and turns kagura against naraku (like we new it was gona happen) and Kohaku and rin become real good freinds ( and he also joins sesshomaru sortove)
SESSHOMARU wold win without a doubt. stick that in Naraku's pipe and smoke it

Feh, Sesshomaru all the way! scream Naraku is always sending Kagura, Kanna, and his other lame incarnations to do his fighting for him. And the only episode I actually saw him fight in (Vanishing Point; Naraku Disappears), Inuyasha and Sesshomaru kicked his a**, but he fled the battle like a coward before Inuyasha could finish him off with the Wind Scar. Naraku is a COWARD! Sesshomaru would win, no doubt in my mind.
