Hellz yeah Tamama is my absolute favorite. And I am most definitely not a newb. Some people can't help being attracted to cute things, you know? Even though it's Ura*Tamama I think I'm more inclined to like xD His pissed voice just cracks me up, and especially when he's wavering just between normal and insane (think of when he was tearing the toilet paper from the roll when he was trying to get Karara off his back. That kind of voice.). And I find his attraction to Keroro hilariously adorable. heart
Taruru is a very close second though. I love his voice, too, both young (his scream. UHYOOOO~! I died.) and mature, and the way he speaks; according to sensei, the whole っす thing denotes a pretty buddy-buddy relationship with one's higher-ups, not too informal but not as distal as your peers would be with them. I think that's kind of cute. ^-^ Plus the freckles, as people have pointed out.
Tororo I'm beginning to like more, too. I think it's his glasses, and the way he's always grinning. And maybe the helmet. And of course the fact that Kururu just completely sends him over the edge. P:
