I would see you add a list on the front page that gets updated every once in a while, maybe every week like the weekly letter, of what's going on where in the guild so that people know where to look for a good roll play or where people are dwindiling like I've done in my guild.

We need to get people more active-I mean, even I'm not here a lot because I've nothing to do-I'll sometimes have to wait a couple days for someone to post, and it drives me up the wall! We need something that'll get everyone attention so that they're more active-I don't know, maybe we could have someone write down how many times everyone's posted, and for, say, a week whoever posts the most wins an award, and we won't say what the award is until it's given out...I don't know, I'm out of ideas. sweatdrop

Just like Dragon says, if you write a ruff draft, and sent it to her or i, one of us will look at it, and decide weather the feature is good for the guild.
Example 1: Dragon_Man07 asked for more Rp's, and pictures for the layout. send one of us an idea for a new Rp, and pictures you think everyone would like.
Example 2: evil_nymph9 asked for someone to write down how many times everyone's posted, well the member list is under "Weekly News & Updates", it tells last weeks posts, and the week before that. You can make your list from that, and maybe add it to the NewsLetter.

i really like the newsletter, because they tell us whose going to be or will be deleted, and that gives us a warning, and they tell us all the upcoming events and that is very helpful too.

The newsletter is excellent. Everything flows smoothly and the pictures and colors keep the reader reading. Seperating topics using a picture that goes on a straight line is very creative and keeps it organized. Using the "~" (seriously forget what it's called xd ) symbol to seperate subtopics is another great way to keep everything organized. Having updates and such in the newsletter also helps us guild members stay infromed of what is currently happening in the guild and reminds us if we're falling behind in our posting so we can fix that before something happens. Though I would suggest putting a table of contents at the begining of the newsletter so that way the readers know what's inside before they read. Though all-in-all I love the newsletter and can't wait to recieve the next edition! Keep up the good work!
