Hmm... I have no idea. I'll have to do a little research and get back to you.

The only person who can truly interpret your dream is yourself. This is because different things will mean different things to each individual person due to their own personal experiences. So, my question to you is, how would you interpret your dream?

I looked in my dream dictionary (a couple of them actually) for some of the symbols you mentioned were in your dream. Here are the ones I could find:

A closed door- Make an effort with your neighbors.
A doorway- The juncture to your fortune is near at hand.
A glowing portal- Your transformation has succeeded.
The color black- Obstructions through ignorance of that which you rejected through fear.
Stars- Prosperity and gratification of your every wish on your pleasant journey.
Darkness (I'm guessing that's what you meant when you said, "At first there were just stars and black...")- The spirit world; the subconscious turning inward.
Individual self (You said you thought you were the only real spirit there)- The "real" you; the inner you; the all-wise, all powerful spiritual self.


I'm not sure if that's of any help to you, but I hope it is. I'm sorry if it's not.

Alright, so... I had some really weird dreams last night. They mostly revolved around possession, so I thought I might ask you guys about them. I don't remember a lot of things that happened in the dreams, but I'll tell you guys what I do remember.

The first one:
Part of this one it was like I was in a game. Like, everyone looked like game characters. In the game we were in a hotel.

Then in another part (this is really embarassing) my brother kept touching me inappropriately and I kept trying to get away from him. It kinda seemed like he was possessed or something.

Another part, we were in this zoo type place where we could actually go in the rooms that had the animals in them. The first room I went it, a baby lion was excited to see me because it thought I came to rescue it and so it jumped into my arms so I could take it away. And my mom came in with my dog and I told her to take my dog out of there because I didn't want the baby lion to hurt him. And after I went in the third room I left the zoo place really upset because I had seen how badly the animals were treated.

(Now, I've seen my share of really bad zoos that didn't treat the animals well at all. And I'm completely against the ideas of zoos.)

And then the other part of that dream... My boyfriend was possessed by Satan and there were people who trying to do an exorcism on him, but my love for him was the only thing that could set him free.

That's it for the first dream.

The second dream:
The first part, I was in some type of war or something in like the North or South pole or something were they were using dolphins and polar bears and stuff to get into the forts. All the dolphins were killed as they were in a snow tunnel and all the snow caved down on top of them. That's all of that part that I remember.

Then in another part, my boyfriend and I were going to some type of party or something in this big mansion that my parents didn't want me to go to, so they followed me. Once they got there the party turned into some type of really sick game by a demon. All I remember was that I had to go around trying to kill the demon and all the people he possessed by burning them alive.

In the end, I ended up killing the demon, my dog, and then myself. Yes, in my dream I burned my dog and myself alive. And then as my ashes were floating away I could hear myself saying, "It's finally over" and then hearing the demon, who was already suppose to be dead, saying something like, "We can still possess people", or something like that. I don't remember what exactly the demon said.

That's about all that I remember.

Anyone got any ideas as to what some of that meant?

Most of these kinda baffle me, dreams can just be the thoughts of the previous day... they can also be a release for your most inner desires although i wouldnt apply that to these dreams.By the way, what i did notice was in the first dream, Posession and cruelty is the theme. The second dream has death as the theme, and death in cruel, vicious ways

Actually, I interpreted it a while back. sweatdrop School in your dreams indicates you taking on a new learning process. Seeing as these were cropping up just before I fully started researching Wicca, it was to indicate me taking on a new learning curve. Spiffy, eh?

God the dreams I had today... =S Messed up.

I found out Opeth are having a gig in Slovenia, or better put, in a small bar at the end of my street. -_- The pre-party was in the Firefighter's home... Imagine, hearing Opeth from where your entire life you've been hearing accordians and yodeling. Alien. I got the tickets and it was LATE and I went to my cousin's (my dad's house) to drag her to the gig cause she'd be a pain in the a** if she missed it... but noooo... She said we have plenty of time and I said fine, do as you wish... and then I went to Metelkova. -_- (Alter/Counter-Culture centre in the capital... A metal bar, a gay bar, a lesbian bar, a goth bar... Sculptures, paintings on the walls/graphitti - good graphitti etc.) Except it didn't look like Metelkova. But there was Lastie (a friend of mine) and she was drunk so I didn't even bother talking to her. Then I was on my way from there to the bus station and an old classmate stops me... She was wearing an 2002 WOA T-shirt, said somebody forgot it in the restrooms. :S Then I talked to her for a while and there was Hulk Hogan across the street, on a scooter o.0 You know the kind you stand on with one foot and make it go forward with the other one? Then I finally got to the gig and the water cost 500sit for people who weren't members... and I was thinking: I live 100m away from that, why am I not a member? Then I bought the water and hid it. Opeth were already playing and it was a super small room... 50+10 people max. I went to the bathroom and there was this creepy guy in the wood coated bathroom, but he left. And I was sitting on the toilet when a 2,5m in length blade comes in through a hole in the door, he was pushing it. And then I woke up. And all that time I was thinking: How am I ever going to tell Akerfeldt I named my rats by him? That'd be embarassing... o.0 Odd dreams. (Mikael Akerfeldt being the lead singer of Opeth.)

I hold the full moon responsible... confused I always get weird around the full moon.
