Pairing I like least...Um...I'd have to go with...Gaa/Lee, Neji/Lee, and probably anything with Lee xD It just doesn't seem too right...Thought Sakura/Lee seems... okay, but I hate Sakura...so yeah...I also hate the pairing Gaa/Sakura and Sasori(or)Deidara/Sakura...where did that pairing come from @__@??? Spoiler(I think xD): I know there was the whole Sakura Sasori fight in the manga...but seriously...wtf?
Other least fav characters would be ino and tenten...I just don't like them @__@ (don't hurt me peoples)

Actually, I have a few:
Gaa/Lee: That just doesn't seem right to me... After all, Gaara tried to kill Lee. TWICE. And I REALLY don't think Lee's gay. Not even 'pretending to like Sakura to hide his true feelings' works for me. It's just not RIGHT.
Gai/Lee: Good. Lord. NO.
Uchihacest: Everyone loves it, but I cannot stand incest. I mean, hey, I love yaoi. I can stand yuri. And I can actually stand Gaa/Lee if it's a side pairing. But not BROTHERS who try to KILL EACHOTHER!
Kabu/Sasu: I don't even want to know where that one came from.
And, although it's not a yaoi pairing, Kaka/Saku: NO. Just... no.
edit: Forgot a few...
Neji/Hina: Again with the incest. No thank you!
Gaa/Saku: How is squeezing the life out of her romantic?
Neji/Gaa: Where the heck did THAT come from?

Hm.... Here's my list and a brief explanation for each.
Gaanaru - Not that it's not possible, I just don't see it or care for it.
Sasugaa - Just no. It just wouldn't happen. I seriously believe it to be a random pairing or two favorited characters because of looks/angsty past. gonk
Kabuto with ANYONE - because I can only see him in a rape situation and rape isn't cool kiddies. Kabuto only cares for himself and Orochimaru, and even that may be questionable. I can't recall him showing any sympathy or caring towards anyone else.
Gai with ANYONE - No it's not because he's bad looking(cause he isn't and neither is Lee!), only because I feel it would cramp his style to be in a relationship.
Kakairu - because as stated before, there was barely any interraction between them to begin with. I see him better fitted to be with Obito (as a past relationship - rest his soul) than Iruka.
But no one get me wrong, I love EVERY single character. Which is why I tried to keep my reasoning as unbiased as possible.

I seriously had no idea that there were so many people who disliked Uchihacest :O *snuggles it* Granted everyone is welcome to their own opinion surprised I'm just totally surprised surprised
Uhm... my least favourite pairings are NaruHina and SasuSaku. They're not boylove but I just can't... @_____@ Ugh. Mostly, for one, Hinata hardky eve knows Naruto. She just hearts hims because she can. For two... Hinata happens to be my very least favourite character ^^;;; And SasuSaku just totally squicks me ^^;;;; It makes me sad, because then Naruto would be alone, and very, very sad T____T (And Sasuke... SO gay :O Sorry girls~)
Uhm... for Boylove pairings... I can't easily think of any that I don't like right off the bat xD;;; I love most oft he 'generic' ones, and the whole rivals thing is amazing, so I <3 NaruSasuNaru, and GaiKaka... soI guess... I didn't particularly care for the one Irukau/Child!Sasuke fic I read. That was kinda weird... and a tad disturbing...
Uhm... I think that's it. Least favourite character.... definitely Hinata. But just because I view her as a character that never really goes through any plot developement or change or... anything (canon), unless it involves Neji. At all >.o;;; and she's just really quite useless ^^;;;

My least favorite yaoi pairings would have to be GaaNaru (not because it doesn't have basis, but because I hate Gaara. surprised Everyone's hating on my Uchihacest, so I'll hate on Gaara even more than usual to make up for it) and ItaKisa... ^^; it just doesn't work for me.
My favorite pairing, though, is ItaSasu. surprised Because it is amazing, even if no one else thinks so. Next favorite would have to be NaruSasu.

Uchihacest - no matter how much my friend tries to convert me, it just don't work. gonk (It doesn't help that I like KakaIta either sweatdrop ) And of course, the whole 'massacre' incident – that whole thing made my mind impermeable to the possibility of this pairing.
I must admit that I’m not fond of incest (but I do like SessInu) but the hatred and complexities of this pairing just flushed it down the drain.
GaaNaru: Cute, but...not. xp (They are too similar for a relationship…TOO similar)
Oroxanyone except Kabuto - gonk I actually pity Kabuto's devotion and so, I don't want to see Oro with anyone except him...or/and Kimimaro.
Gaixanyone - no offence but I see Gai as too much free spirited to be in a relationship that will constrict his freedom.
Hyuugacest - No, just no.
SasuSaku - ...I'm not a fan of Sakura but can't she take a hint that Sasuke is NOT interested?
I might add more later on domokun my head is in lala land right now. But I'm pretty much okay with other pairings. ^^;
