Ironically I always hated being young because nobody ever took me seriously, and now that my birthday is approaching I feel so old and I hate it too. You just can't win sometimes... sweatdrop

I'm not afraid. I've met some people there 70's who unless they where sick you wouldn't mistake them as a day over 40. besides how boring would be to give up something you enjoy just because your older? To stop doing some because of age to me is Ridiculous. After all in my country life begins at 60. ~_^ No job to worry about and you get smexy pension and discounts. As long as you take care of yourself now there is no need to worry about getting old.
I'm 17 coming on 18 and hopefully I'll live as long my 70 year old workmate and have her energy and zest for life.

one word: mana
I don't even know how old he is. He could be 20 or 50 under all that. Its more like he's ageless. Basically, I believe makeup can do anything.

I do not want to be a teenager, and am 13 so I can't put it off for much longer... And I cannot pull off the sweet lolita look, my favorite, too well. So that would be my only hope of staying really young. emo I always think I'm so old when I'm really just 13. I get so paranoid about everything. And am too embarrassed to wear that stuff. I am just hoping that in a few years loli will be a bit more popular in the US. Not too popular, just like goth was before it got too popular, so I can have some friends. like me.

Ryukyu~Bath deathbyalice I think more about death than growing old though... Me too. Good thing science is getting closer to immortality every day. But that would mean no more children...

Everyone's style evolves as they get older. there'll be plenty of ways to dress loli when your on the older side, just not the same as when ur 15

If it comes to the worst possible situation, I'll just go for a more mature aristocrat style. But I've still got years left in meh.

stalebreadcrums What does age have to do with clothing? I knew an about 40year old man who used to dress sweet lolita. Age means nothing. It just comes with the life cycle of which I've come to terms with. Age to me is absolutely nothing. It's life and death that I grip with a passion. I think you live near me. I know one, too!

Growing old really doesn't bother me. The only thing about it that bothers me is the fact that my dad's side of the family has a history of heart attacks around the age 40 and above... eek
