"You promised me Heaven, then put me through Hell." Bon Jovi, "You Give Love a Bad Name"
"Whooah, were half way there, livin' on a prayer. Take my hand and well make it - I swear. Whooa, livin' on a prayer." Bon Jovi, "Livin' On A Prayer"
Can you tell I like Bon Jovi? xd

Neb Suteneko There was this song that the upperclassmen chior sang at the last concert. And I started crying while listening.I don't know why but it just makes me feel all emotional
Bonny Wood Green Down among the green bushes in bonny Wood Green Where me and my true love we oft times were seen Ah, the years they rolled by and so happy were we For twas little she knew that a soldier I'd be
It was early one morning and the lambs they did play I went to Kells barracks and then made my way To enlist as a soldier and to fight for the King To uphold a good cause I left bonny Wood Green
Oh, bonny Wood Green, bonny Wood Green To uphold a good cause I left bonny Wood Green
And soon we were ordered away o'er the foam For soldiers were needed for to fight for their home I kissed my love Nell, she appeared like the Queen And softly she whispered, "Remember Wood Green"
Remember Wood Green, remember Wood Green And softly she whispered, "Remember Wood Green"
It was way out in Flanders at the back of the line We were talking of sweethearts that we'd left behind Said one Irish soldier, "Well, I've got a queen" And she works in John Rosses in bonny Wood Green
In bonny Wood Green, in bonny Wood Green And she works in John Rosses in bonny Wood Green
It was early next morning when the sun was still low And the bullets were flying and he was laid low He turned to his mates in a terrible scene He said, "Kiss my love Nell and remember Wood Green"
Oh, remember Wood Green, remember Wood Green Oh, kiss my love Nell and remember Wood Green
So if ever to Ireland you happen to stray There's a neat litte factory near Ballynafeigh Where the weavers and the winders are faint to be seen For they all wear white aprons round bonny Wood Green
Round bonny Wood Green, round bonny Wood Green For they all wear white aprons round bonny Wood Green woah. i totally sang that, but with different wordies! mine is from the girlies point of view. like this All around the green valleys of bonny Wood Green Where me and me true love we oft times were seen Ah, the years they rolled by and how happy were we For tis little we knew that a soldier he'd be
It was early one morning when the lambs they did play from Dirge to O'Conner he then made his way To enlist as a soldier and to fight for the King To uphold the good cause he left bonny Wood Green
Oh, bonny Wood Green, bonny Wood Green To uphold the good cause he left bonny Wood Green
And soon he was ordered away o'er the foam For soldiers were needed for to fight for their home he kissed me and told me "Oh Nell, you're my Queen" And softly I whispered, "Remember Wood Green"
Remember Wood Green, bonny Wood Green And softly I whispered, "Remember Wood Green"
It was way out in Flanders at the back of the line they were talking of sweethearts that they'd left behind Said one Irish soldier, "Well, I've got a queen. And she works in John Rosses in bonny Wood Green"
In bonny Wood Green, bonny Wood Green And she works in John Rosses in bonny Wood Green
It was early next morning when the sun was still low And the bullets were flying and he was laid low He turned to his mates in a terrible scene sayin', "Kiss my love Nell and remember Wood Green"
Oh, remember Wood Green, remember Wood Green sayin', kiss my love Nell and remember Wood Green
So if ever to Ireland you happen to stray And you go to John Rosses at the end of the day There's a quiet old woman who can oft' times be seen For she wears a white apron from bonny Wood Green
Round bonny Wood Green, round bonny Wood Green For she wears a white apron from bonny Wood Green

as a matter of fact, i could kill you with all the song lyrics i got stashed away. like these!
Come live with me and be my love And we will all the pleasures prove. That valleys, groves, and hills and fields Woods and steepy mountains yield.
And we will sit upon the rocks And see the shepherds feed their flocks by shallow rivers to whose falls Melodious birds sing madrigals.
I will make thee beds of roses And a thousand fragrant posies. Caps of flowers and a kirtle 'Broidered all with leaves of myrtle.
A gown made of the finest wool Which from our litter lambs we pull. Fair lined slippers for the cold With buckles of the purest gold.
A belt of straw and ivy buds With coral clasp and amber studs And if these pleasures may thee move Come live with me and be my love.

fairynuff827 "But me and my true love Will never meet again On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond." from the song loch lomond, which is one of the most beautiful songs i have heard sung in my school. and the meaning behind it is so...amazing, like..the story behind it. if you really wanna know you can pm me and ask what its about, but i dont feel like filling this whole entry with an explaination of a song that most people have never heard of! heheh cool my choir sang that song last yr and it's my most fave song ever. we had an amazing solosist. the dais part were sooo much fun!! it's such a beautiful song!!
