InuYasha R.P.G 2: Dark Resemblance [Continued]

Sesshomaru sliced toward a monster, a creature with swords inside and burns all over him. That thing had white eyes, it’s heart showed, he carried a giant axe. He seemed to be dead and he was mutated, demon no doubt. The huge creature swung his axe in anger. “Disgusting little dog!” It yelled. Sesshomaru didn’t say a thing, except for wounding him in the back. The monster fell onto its knees, clutching his axe. “Damn you mutt! I’ll kill you!” It shouted. Sesshomaru just kept on slicing at the demon; the creature landed backwards bleeding heavily. It stopped moving, Sesshomaru sheathed his sword. “Born out of hell… this thing will live to fight.” Sesshomaru muttered. Rin and Jaken appeared from a huge rock. “Master Sesshomaru, you’re not going to drag that disgusting demon like that ogres head?” Rin asked. Sesshomaru glared at Rin. Jaken ran up to them then tripped. He got up to them and fell again. Rin just stared at Jaken. Sesshomaru walked endlessly ahead.

The fox demon panted as he dragged the man toward the town. “Jeez, this guy’s heavier than Miroku!” Shippo grunted and hit himself. “Well he is wearing armor…” Shippo noticed a house over a hill. He began to call for help. Villagers were running down from the house. But then a sword flung around them, some villagers fell. Blood spurted up into the air; a demon caught his weapon and sheathed the sword. He then saw Shippo and the wounded human. The Demon was shaped and had the looks of a human, but he had scars all up his muscular arms. He had blue hair, black eyes, one of his arms was black and his other hand was a complete blade on that arm. He sighed and slashed his katana toward a building. Another demon stood in the middle of the remains of the building. This was a female demon, she had the “go away before I murder you” type of look. She carried a small broad sword, and a crossbow and some bolts. She had blue eyes, brown hair, and wore a pirate captains clothing. She slashed her sword at him. It turned into a whip! He slashed at the whip several times; finally he knocked it out of her hands. By then he was real close to the female demon, he raised his black hand and jumped into the air. He slashed his bladed claw at her and landed behind her. She burst into blood, gore, and fell. Shippo began to walk toward him cautiously. The demon noticed him; He bolted and stopped right in front of Shippo. He kneeled and whispered, “Where do you think you are going?” Shippo gasped. “I-I-I won’t say anything or let you kill me!” Shippo shouted. He started to run towards the demon, the demon grabbed him by the head. He picked Shippo up; Shippo was punching the air with his eyes closed. He opened them and muttered. “Oh boy…” The man laughed. “I like your enthusiasm, but I’ll bet you won’t join me...” He said to Shippo. “I’ll let you go…but next time this will be a real fight.” He ran away toward the forest.

The boy began to wake up. Miroku’s wounds had healed and Sango was being treated. Sango hated it, she was already noticing him acting perverted. Kirara purred as she slept by Sango. Miroku looked at the boy, who just opened his eyes. There were golden, just like InuYasha’s. The boy blinked and yawned. His eyes then got wide, he screamed and crawled backwards. “Who are you??” He asked. “I am a simple monk, she is a slayer. I was wounded and she was also. You came up the hill were you are very sitting, you passed out and I have been treating your wounds.” He touched his face where a bloodstain was and praised. “Yes it’s still there! Oh my god…” Miroku and Sango were puzzled. “Why do you want that stain on your face?” Sango asked. “It’s my fathers blood, you see, my father was a half-demon, he despised full-man eating demons. He slaughtered demons, as I inherited his place as a demon slayer. A month ago, the villagers of the town murdered my human mother because she gave birth to me. Father was furious, he found the men that killed her, interrogated them, and executed the resistant men. Only five he left alive. Those five were mute for the rest of their lives. Father fought a mutated demon, and was almost killed by him. He was stolen strength from himself and the demonic power was dissolved. But He sent his power at me, and Blood stained my face by my father himself. My father made me execute him, and I have gained demon emotions as I have learned throughout my demon experiences.” He explained. “I expected the short story…” Miroku muttered.

InuYasha sniffed the ground. “Aha! Here are the herbs! Now lets find Miroku and Sango.” InuYasha said. Kagome nodded. She thought about Shippo, because he was still scouting. A scream came out of nowhere. A man fell out of a tree with an arrow in his stomach, and was bleeding heavily. InuYasha jumped onto the tree were he was. “Gods…they’re here…” He stared in amazement. Millions of demons were stampeding threw the forest, tearing down tree toward one destination- the hill where Miroku and Sango still stood. “Kagome! We have to hurry! Demons are traveling toward the monk and slayer.” He shouted. “But we can’t just leave this man!” Kagome explained. “Bring him with us! Just hurry up, dammit!” He yelled. Kagome dragged the wounded man and put him on InuYasha’s back, she put herself on his back and InuYasha jumped away.

Shippo stared in front of him. Demons were rampaging toward him. Shippo ran as fast as he could up a hill. When he got to the top, he saw Sango, Miroku and a kid. Shippo startled the kid so that he began to throw his weapons at him, Shippo dodged them both and called out, “Miroku! Sango!” Miroku stood up and held the boy back with his staff. “Stop! He’s our friend.” He told him. The boy calmed down. “Demons! Lots of demons coming at us!” Shippo shouted. Sango and the boy stood up and saw the rampage. “Damn…” The boy cursed. Something inside him twitched.

“I sense some jewel shards near!” Kagome shouted. “Looks like 5 shards!” “We’ll get ‘em! I know we will!” InuYasha yells back, while crackling his knuckles. “Damn that Naraku! I smell some of his demons!” He jumped along the trees. The man woke up, holding the arrow in his chest. “What’s your name?” Kagome asked. He gasped and looked at Kagome. He sighed. “My name is Kir, I am a bird tamer. As you see, I was trying to stop the demon rampage.” He burst into tears. “What ever happened to you, ” He began to cry. “Who is Kira?” Kagome asked. “My fiancée, I had to fight demons the day I told her I was going to marry her. The demons got past our defenses. The demons destroyed the church- the one with her in it. I told her to run away to a safe place. I never found her again, my family and friends…all of them were killed because of the demons.” Kir explained. “So, “Kir” are you going to have a problem with me? Because I’m half-demon.” InuYasha stated matter-of-factly. Kir gasped and sighed again. “Oh boy.” He muttered. He pulled out the arrow, and moaned. “Dammit…that was a demon archer…” “Demon archer?” Inu asked. He sounded interested. “Yes, I have fought and killed many demons with arrows. My birds help out a lot, right now all of them are scouting. Demon archers are very common now days.” He explained. An eagle with golden wings landed on Kir’s shoulder. “Casket, do you know where the others are?” Kir asked. The bird squawked. “Ah, coming.” “Hey Kir, We have a demon situation here, so prepare to fight!” InuYasha shouted.

“Wind Scar!” InuYasha yelled. Demons fell into pieces, but thousands more came along. The boy threw his daggers and began tearing up demons one by one. “Hiraikotsu!” Sango shouted and threw the boomerang bone. Miroku was busy blocking and slashing at demons with his staff. Kagome shot an arrow at a horde of demons, and they fell into pieces. Kirara was tearing up demons with her mouth. Kir used his birds as gliders and landed on a huge demon. Kir took out his blade and began to sever its head. A demon snuck up behind Kagome. It held a knife up to her neck, “InuYasha!!” She screamed. The boy and InuYasha turned around. “What do you want with her?” InuYasha shouted. InuYasha and the boy looked like if they were about to burst into an inferno. “Heh…let me take her and you will not even notice, and if this doesn’t happen I will cut her throat.” The demon explained. Damnit! He’s got her life! InuYasha thought. “No way, you b*****d!” A voice came out of nowhere. The boy had jumped into the air, and started rampaging his daggers at the demon. “You…killed…my…” The boy mumbled as he lunged at the demon. “FAMILY!” He finally struck the demon down. It fell bleeding; it looked up at the boy. “The b*****d I taught a lesson to, eh? When I drained your fathers powers, he sent them to you.” It said rashly. “Now you…you’ve had your revenge…K-” “Damn right.” The boy used his claw to cut his stomach open. He then looked at Kagome, then at InuYasha. He rampaged towards the demons. He started killing them again. InuYasha ran towards Kagome. “Are you alright?” He asked. “Yes…” Kagome answered. They were both confused. Kir looked at the boy curiously. Sango and Miroku were also confused.

After they had slain all of the demons, the boy never talked at all. Neither did anyone else. But Kir was running his mouth. InuYasha came up behind him and hit him on the head. “Shut up.” Kir looked down. They had found the 5 shards from the demons; Naraku had placed them inside the biggest demons. InuYasha swore he found Naraku in there, but Miroku said it was just another golem. Kirara seemed very angry. Kagome walked over to the boy, “What’s your name?” She asked. He looked a bit surprised, he then sighed. My name is Kyo…” He muttered. Shippo dragged the man he found, held up his hand and dropped it. There was a loud thud when the hand hit the ground. “Great…I’ve been dragging a dead man this whole time.” Shippo muttered. InuYasha looked at Kyo, “Hey kid, you seem depressed about something. What is it?” He asked. Kyo didn’t say anything. Kagome looked at him, she noticed the stain on the side of his face. “Kyo, where did you get that wound?” She asked, “It’s not a wound, it’s a blood stain. It was my fathers.” Kyo answered. “My father was a half-demon.” He looked at InuYasha. “He fought a demon, he had almost killed it when it cheated. It drained his life and powers. He had the strength to do one more thing- he sent his demon powers and long life at me. When he was fully human, he wanted me to kill him. I refused. So he picked up my daggers, put them in my hands and pulled them toward himself to kill him. Before, the villagers had killed my mother…” He explained and looked at Kagome. He turned around and didn’t speak, Myoga and Shippo looked at him. “He’s…crying.” Shippo muttered. He knocked them both sideways. He turned around and shouted, “I am not crying!” But everyone saw tears in his eyes. He then jumped on some trees and sat in one of them. InuYasha sighed. “Let him be, I remember I used to do that.” He said. Kyo looked back and then relaxed in the tree.

Kyo jumped out of the tree. It was night now, and everyone was fine. “What’s all of your names?” “InuYasha.” “Kagome.” “Miroku.” “Sango.” “Shippo.” “Kir.” Kyo heard a slurping sound. He slapped the side of his face. Myoga floated down to the ground. “And he’s Myoga the flea.” Kagome said. Kirara popped her small head and purred. “I almost forgot... that’s Kirara.” Miroku stood up. “I’m going to find the next town.” He explained. “And I’m coming with you.” Sango said. Miroku sighed. “YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME COMING ALONG?” Sango shouted. “No.” They walked off. Shippo and Myoga just dozed off. “I’m going to keep watch.” Kir said. He jumped onto a tree, far away from them. Kyo looked around, he sighed. “InuYasha, Kagome,” Kyo confessed. “You two look like my father and mother.” Kagome gasped and InuYasha stared. “InuYasha looks almost exactly like my father, except he had short black hair. Kagome looks exactly like my mother. She didn’t wear your clothing and she had your voice exactly.” Oh my…Kagome thought. This kid is saying we look like his parents! InuYasha thought. Kyo then walked away. “Kyo, do you know how to fight?” InuYasha asked. Kyo nodded. “Good, cause I’m going to help ya.”

InuYasha woke up, yes, he actually fell asleep, and he didn't like to think of himself sleeping. InuYasha turned around, seeing Kagome sleeping, Wow…I never noticed this before…Kagome is more important than anything to me…not even Kikyo was ever thought of like this! He realized. InuYasha turned back around. I better keep guard. He thought. InuYasha turned back around. Arggh…I’m such a fool. I’m getting lonely just sitting here. He just kept thinking. Maybe if I kiss her, she’ll wake up. He was about to kiss Kagome on the lips when…she woke up. She saw InuYasha over her and she slapped him on the side of his face. InuYasha stumbled backwards, “W-what the hell were you trying to do to me?!” Kagome shouted, but not so loud so everyone else would wake up. “I was lonely, for once, and I was actually going to--!” He swallowed his words for a second. “Kiss you.” He whispered. Kagome sat there, stunned. “I have never thought of doing that in my life, never. Never in my life have I been so nice.” He said as walked away. “See you in the morning.”

InuYasha watched the horizon as the sun was starting to rise. I actually thought my trust in her was going up, now it’s gone down. InuYasha thought. “InuYasha?” A soothing voice asked. InuYasha turned around to see Kagome. “I…I really didn’t know what you were doing. At first I thought…” She blushed as she explained. “You thought that! That is sick! You…” He blushed as he explained. “I guess it really did look like that.” He said. “I might have made you sad, and a little bit angry, but I will always be with you.” She explained and stood up. InuYasha stood up. “Forever you will be with me. I am sure of that, and no Koga will ever change that.” InuYasha said as he ran his hand through her hair. Kagome kissed him on his cheek. InuYasha blushed. “Forever.” Kagome said.

InuYasha and Kagome were arguing about why and why not they shouldn’t wake up Kyo. “He's been living on his own.” “But let him sleep.” “I should go ahead and wake him up” “Sit.” Kagome mumbled. InuYasha face planted. Kyo woke up. Seeing InuYasha on the ground, he began to look confused. InuYasha limped up. “Why…did you do that Kagome?” He mumbled. “Sit.” He fell back down. Kyo then realized what was going on. He laughed. “Let me up.” InuYasha whispered. “Just be nice to the kid…” She whispered back. “Okay, Kyo. Today I'm teaching you. Get to it!” He pushes Kyo down the hill. A scream came out from the tops of the trees. Kir fell out. He looked all around him and sighed. “Goddamn trees.” Kir muttered. Kir whistled. A falcon appeared at his side. “Did you find anything?” The bird called. Kir nodded. “I see.” He drew his sword and jumped into the bushes. Blood flew and the bushes rustled again and again. Kagome saw InuYasha and Kyo talking. Then they started to practice attacks, and then InuYasha knocked Kyo over and said. “NO COPYING ME!” “Then how an I going to practice my skills with your help?” They both looked confused. “They’re both idiots!” Shippo shouted. Kagome figured he just woke up. Kir appeared out of the bushes with blood all over him and with a demons head in his hands. He fainted and fell back in the bushes. His birds seemed to chirp like if they were laughing. Kyo and InuYasha watched him fall over. Kyo whispered to InuYasha, and InuYasha smiled and pushed him towards the bushes. He put his mouth next to Kir’s ear. InuYasha walked up Kir and Kyo. “WAKE UP KIR!!” Kyo shouted in his ear. Kir jumped up as white as a sheet and climbed up a tree. He was hanging on a branch upside down. InuYasha and Kyo fell over and cracked up. Shippo laughed himself, Kagome smiled and the birds had a great time. Kir looked very embarrassed. “Not funny!” He shouted. “Yes it is!” Everyone shouted. InuYasha laughed so hard he fell over, and he fell down the hill. The laughter got even bigger.

Naraku watched the incident through Kanna’s mirror. “Such fools…” He said. “I will destroy one of this group this time…” Kagura fanned herself for no reason. “We mean to kill them this time?” She said. “We won’t go in one whole group. Kagura, bring the dead soldiers with you as your army. Kanna, you will have many demons at your side along with Kohaku. I will go alone with many demons.” He explained. Kohaku looked down in another room. He had overheard the conversation. Why is it that I’m on the verge of remembering something awful? He thought.

Miroku walked along the roads and looked for Sango. “Sango! Where are you?” He sighed. “Why does she run away from me?” “Boo!” “Erg!!!!” Miroku fell over and looked up. There she was, laughing her head off. “Kagome taught me that.” Sango said as she picked up Miroku off the ground. “You spooked me…” “That’s the point.” They heard hard laughter. “I think we walked around in a circle…” Sango whispered.

“So this forest has a road that goes around in a circle?” Everyone said aloud, Kagome’s voice was in a surprised tone, Kyo’s voice was also surprised, and Shippo mouthed the words and got the groaning eye look. Kir’s voice was in a muttering tone, and InuYasha’s voice was the groaning type. “Looks like InuYasha is going to have to sniff the town out…” “Dammit…” “I’ll use my birds to help scout.” “Why can’t we just let Kir search??" Kyo, InuYasha and Shippo moaned. “What?” Kir shouted. “We want a vacation!!” They shouted. “Why would Kyo want a vacation?” “’Cause! I’ve been traveling across Japan for years!” He answered. The boys looked at everyone else. “Hmph!”

“Have your own damn way!” InuYasha shouted. He was lying on the ground. “Kagome, do you think InuYasha needs another sit?” Sango asked as she held Kyo against a tree. Kyo’s arms were flailing up and down. “Yeah, I think so.” Miroku said as he pulled Shippo’s tail. “Ow ow ow ow!!!” “ Okay…Sit!” Boom! “Alright!!!” InuYasha shouted. “We’ll help. Just stop torturing us.” Inu explained. “Just one last word.” “Okay. What is it?” “…Sit.” THUD! “I should have realized it…” “Ltt mf off twis twff!” Kyo shouted. “What?” Sango asked as she let him speak. “Damn it let me off this piece of s**t!” “What piece of s**t?” “This goddamned tree!!” Sango let go completely, and Kyo fell down face first. “Miroku…” “Yes?” “LET GO OF MY-ahem, TAIL!” “Did you try to curse there, Shippo?” “YES I DID. NOW LET ME GO!” “Kirara! Keep Kir in his place, I feel if he needs punishment also!” Sango shouted. Kirara jumped onto Kir. “Gooood Kitty…” Kir said.

“I still think we need a vacation.” InuYasha explained. “I wish we could go to Kagome’s world.” Shippo sighed. “I’ll show you a real beautiful place, it’s near from where my town is.” Kyo said. “Just find home and I’ll consider it.” Kagome sighed. The three of them started searching. Kagome sighed. “I may as well help them.” Miroku explained and stood up. Sango gave him a look. “You just want to find the town so you can find women!” She shouted. “And I don’t hear you denying it.” Sango followed Miroku. Kir had beautiful birds on his arms. Then a cute, small bird landed and chirped softly on his head. Kagome watched him. That is so cool…Kagome thought. Kir saw her, and he smiled. He whistled. The bird on his head jumped onto his finger. Kir clicked his tongue. “Kagome, hold out your finger.” He said. Kagome put it high in the air. The bird hopped from Kir’s finger to Kagome’s. “Keep him, as a pet. His name is Chester, a very shy, soft, and protective bird. He can do many things you wouldn’t expect him to do. If he flies away, he’ll come back. Chester is very loyal.” Kir explained. “I do not know many things about you, but I feel if me coming into this group… is destiny.” Kir said as his birds carried him away. Kagome saw Chester fly away into the distance. Kagome saw something run past her. “InuYasha o Shippo, don’t play a stupid prank on me because I know your there.” Kagome turned around. Kagome felt something hit her. She blacked out.

InuYasha sighed. “Kagome stayed behind again.” He said as he jumped further into the forest. “Jeez…” Kyo said. “We have to climb that to get the closest to the town?” He pointed toward a 300-foot cliff. Kirara tried to fly up there, but something grabbed her. “Kirara!” Sango shouted. Kir’s birds flew to the top. Cages flew out of nowhere and one bird came back down. Kir caught it. “Chester, are you okay?” He didn’t answer. He began to cry. “Wake up you silly bird!” Kir muttered. “WAKE UP BEFORE I---!” He cut off himself in tears. Kir placed him on the ground, next to a tree. Kir looked down and closed his eyes. He started speaking in a language. “What is he speaking?” Shippo asked. “Shh. He is speaking in the language of Buddha, and therefore praying.” Miroku explained. After a minute Kir opened his eyes. “My father believed in religion as much as a monk would. He slayed demons, but wasn’t a part of either job.” Kir explained. “That sounds like my father…” “Feh, your father was a half-demon.” “I said he just taught me the same things…” “Oh.” Boom! InuYasha ran into the cliff. He fell strait down after that. “InuYasha, are you okay?” Kyo asked. InuYasha groaned. “What a fool.” InuYasha sat up. “That isn’t important right now, because Kagome’s gone!” Everyone stared in shock. “All that I found was this.” He held up a cell phone. Everyone stared again.

Kagome woke up inside of the well. She sighed. What happened back there? Kagome thought. She climbed up the well. She was surprised; nothing of hers was there. I expected for InuYasha to bring my stuff. She thought. As she climbed up the rest of the way, she accidentally smelled her arm. “Oh my god…I smell like…I don’t know.” Kagome said. “All I know is that I smell bad.” “Kagome!” Sota shouted. He looked very frightened. “What is it?” “Gramps…Mom…” He panted. “They…got attack--.” Screams and crashes were heard from outside. Kagome bolted outside. Gramps was on the ground, burnt badly. “Gramps!” Sota shouted. “He’s okay, but we have to get him to the hospital.” A voice said. Mrs. Higurashi appeared. “What attacked you?” Kagome asked. “That.” Sota pointed toward a burning figure. It turned around, and Kagome noticed it had jewel shards in his arms. Kagome drew her bow, drew an arrow and fired at the figure. The arrow went through the creature. It fell and the fire disappeared. What was there instead of the creature, was a man who looked a lot like Miroku, and no arrow was sticking out of him. “I come over here and a …” He looked at Kagome and the others. “Is it true?” He tried to stand up. He fell over.
