LorienLlewellyn Captain Sporkie Pie I don't think this question has been asked, so, I'll ask it xD Ok, your both nude, and the guy pre-cums. Not in her, but say, on her calf. Then, he wipes it off with his hand, but proceeds to use that same hand on her. Not to finger, but for clitoral stimulation. Would that get a girl pregnant if she isn't using any contraception, and she's not on her period? And if yes, what are the chances? We can't tell you the exact chances of pregnancy occurring from that because pregnancy depends on so many factors. So all we can tell you is that while not terribly likely, it is possible. Semen and pre-ejaculate both have the ability to get a girl pregnant. So anytime they're close to your v****a, the possibility is there. Whether or not the girl has her period is actually irrelevant since pregnancy is possible any time of the month, even during our period. If this happened to me, basically I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, but I also wouldn't let it happen again. If this happened to you, you can keep an eye on your period and take a pregnancy test if it is late. In the future, you can use birth control even if you're not actually having intercourse yet just so that you know you're protected in situations similar to this. So really, I shouldn't be that worried about being pregnant? I mean, seeming as I've just gotten over a 24 hour fever, and I was stressing about being pregnant, that might make my period late anyway?

Yes, your period might be late due to stress. If this happened a while ago and you are currently a week or more late, I would suggest taking a pregnancy test at this point. On the other hand, if this happened very recently, you could take Plan B if you really want to play it safe. But yeah, I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as you don't make a habit out of this sort of thing. Pregnancy is possible from what you described, but it's not all that likely.

Fran Salaska kaeli42 I'm actually kind of surprised this wasn't already mentioned... NO birth control is a guarantee that you will not get pregnant, nor is any combination of birth control options. It only reduces the chances of getting pregnant. Also, failing to take your birth control exactly as prescribed significantly drops its effectiveness. Best example being the Pill-just by varying the time taking it each day by an hour or so can drop it's effectiveness from 97% to about 70%....less than a properly used condom. I've never heard that before, and it doesn't mention it anywhere on my Pill information. I've never found it on any information I've read on the internet... so could you tell me where you found this out? It is true that no birth control method is 100% effective. It is also true that the pill should be taken every day and at roughly the same time every day. Usually being an hour late once in a while won't hurt you, so I think what Kaeli means is this, say this is when you take your pills: Day 1: 9:00am Day 2: 9:45 am Day 3: 10:15 am Day 4: 11:00am Day 5: 11:30 am Day 6: 11:45 am etc. So while being a bit late here and there isn't going to hurt you, you can see how it adds up if you keep being later every day. A pill schedule that varied would decrease your pill's effectiveness.

Yes, it was quite recent. Friday xD;; What would Plan B be? @,@?? I don't plan on making a habit out of it. In fact, it was kind of accidental, and definitely wasn't intended Dx I don't want it to happen again, that's for sure! But, it's such a relief to know that I shouldn't be worried, and that the chances are very low. I knew that there was a chance, but I didn't know how significant that chance was.

Captain Sporkie Pie What would Plan B be? @,@?? "Plan B® is an emergency contraceptive that can still prevent a pregnancy after contraceptive failure, unprotected sex, or sexual assault.... Plan B® should be taken within 3 days (72 hours) of unprotected sex and can reduce the risk of pregnancy by up to 89%. But the sooner you take it the more effective it will be.... Plan B® is not a substitute for routine birth control. It’s important to remember that Plan B® does not protect you from HIV infection (the virus that causes AIDS) or any other sexually transmitted disease (STD)...." http://www.go2planb.com/ForConsumers/Index.aspx

Plus, they cost over £20 if you don't get them on the NHS, but if you do, I would need my Mum with me, but I don't want to tell her about this x_x;;

LorienLlewellyn SweetRinSohma Right, this is confusing me. If you have sex and a guy c** into you, you have a possibility of becoming pregnant, your period starts four days later and lasts for a whole seven days. Could you still be pregnant? Yes. Most women stop getting their period when they become pregnant, but people are all different. Some women continue to bleed as if having a normal period in the first couple of months of pregnancy. Joy, then what happens if its too late to have an abortion

As I said, some women do bleed as if having a normal period in the first few months of pregnancy. So while there's a decent chance you're not pregnant, the only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test. If you want to avoid pregnancy, make sure you are using birth control.

Just to make one point clear about Plan B its not an abortion pill. Plan B won't work if your already pregnant. There is in fact an abortion pill. It has a long wordy name that I can't even remember. I had to do research on abortion for my Philosophy class in College. Hope that helps.

I need to say something: "If a girl is taking birth control pills and has unprotected sex during her period (reminder pills) and he ejaculates in her, she can't get pregnant?"Birth control prevents ovulation. When a girl is on her period on the pill she's not even ovulating. So unless she just started, or missed a day or more worth of pills, there's a really really slim chance of it happening. (Nuva Ring FTW.) miss_cool_danielle Just to make one point clear about Plan B its not an abortion pill. Plan B won't work if your already pregnant. There is in fact an abortion pill. Can only be taken within the first 6 or 7 weeks I think. No exceptions.

Hello all!! ^_^
I would like to add on somewhere to the list that having someone tell you that "condoms take the pleasure out of sex" is not true in the slightest. Don't let that excuse fool you. They can actually amplify various sensations and make sex even more enjoyable.
