Once again a question but at least I understand almost everything now.

All I want to know is if you leave the academy with like only 1 or 2 jutsus can you come back after taking let's say a mission (Meaning your a genin) can you go back to the academy to learn the moves you didn't do earlier on.

Basically, if you graduate from the academy and you have learned everything like Water walking can you go back and learn it after being a genin or chunnin for some time.

I posted a mission I did in the training competion area and it's been 2 day so why hasn't anything been updated. Also, the 600 skill points is what Drago said it was worth.

The user launches a bunch of ice needles that are in the shape of mini-swallows. These needles can change direction in the air.

That should be it, in order. The dragon outburst one should explain both the regular dragon blizzard, and twin.

do we just say we want a special weapon

Another question because my first one hasn't been answered.

O.K. I'm looking for a technique that will cover an area with water. Do you know of any.

So what do these moves do. Because they're used by the 2nd hokage he's dead so I can't learn them unless I die. I still want to take the chunnin exams.
