Doink then shifted his weight and tried to bring RVD down on his head with a DDT.

RVD fell forward with the DDT, but did a sumersalt instead of slaming his head onto the mat. He landed on his feet and went for a kick to Doink's head.

Doink got hit in the head by RVD's kick and fell on the mat. RVD tried to do a moon sault on doink and would go for the pin if he hit him, trying to end the match.

Doink was hit with the moonsault and the ref counted the 1-2-3.

RVD stood up after the bell rang. RVD's music played on the speakers and the ref held up his hand. "Tonight's winner, by pinfall, Rob Van Dam!"
