Switch Blade Love solsthiem Switch Blade Love solsthiem Switch Blade Love solsthiem well, i had 2 bands, The Vinkus and Electric Ambush. now we have combined forces (while ousting a few lagging members) and we r now playing with names, but most of us r pretty sure its gonna be Damn the Torpedoes. i play lead guitar and me and my rhythem player write lyrics. i write stuff on my own too, but its more to fulfill creative needs. I like the finished product, I play leads myself for my main band, but I switch off, we all play every instrument just incase, who knows the drummer might explode yeah, we have a pretty all star group of guys for our area. we sorta sound like a melodic Trivium. if u mixed, Avenged Sevenfold, Trivium, Racer X(Paul Gilbert w00t) and Van Halen(cause i tap in almost every solo), thats kinda what we sound like. my stuff alone is like less skilled versions of Steve Vai, but without Whammy skillz, and my recent work is kinda like a Marty Friedman/ Jason Becker thing, but i wish i could sweep like JB. Visualize Metallica, Pink Floyd and Modest Mouse trapped together in a burlap sack. Add a decent dosage of psychedelic rock, and an obscene amount of freeform jazz. That would basically be our band at the moment. hahaha. its hard to imagine Lars Ulrich and David Gilmour in a burlap sack together for too long without laughing. sounds pretty cool though. Well I didn't say we never had our disagreements here and there xp heheheheh. so true. our singer just quit, prolly cause he heard we were gonna kick him out for missing too many practices, so we're finally gonna get a singer with some skillz.

i have 2...the more active one that plays more gigs is called "Saxon Major"...were a jazz fusion band featuring guitar (me) piano sax and drums. the other is called "Psyce Affect"...and were a blues rock band that has two guitars, bass, and drums. i sing for both of them.

Wow, I can't believe i have yet to post in this thread. We (navybluewolf and I) seem to go through a lot of drummers and with every drummer seems to come a new band name. The original band was The Drunks. The we got a new drum, a midget and we were called 3 1/2 Drunks. The the drummer and the rhythm player left and we got a japanese guy to drum. In case you didn't know, navybluewolf is half korean and my real name is Adam. We then called the band Adam & the Asians. I wrote a song about a dance called "Fu Koo," and we were gonna do some recording of this and a couple other songs and call the mini album "Adam & the Asians want to Fu Koo."
Now we are again without a drummer and my bass player has joined the military, will be leaving soom for camp and then may go to Iraq. Maybe its time to do a little freelancing.

Our keyboardist wanted Ethereal Spirits, so we had that for a bit. Then our singer wanted to change it to Enigma. The problem is, they're both really sweet, so it was like, "No, it's ok, we'll have your name. No, I insist, we'll have yours." That went on for ages, until I got fed up and decided we were going to be Enigmatic Ethereality. And I'm the scary one, so neither of them has argued.
