Takara shook her head in disbelief, this couldn't be happening, it just couldn't. A sharp pain appeared in her chest and with a start, she realized it was her heart, breaking.

Tachi, how could you? Tachi!!!

Her eyes filled with tears, she drew her sword, keeping it between herself and the guards, hoping she would be able to leave without hurting anyone.

Daishi nodded as he completely shielded his aura, making him seem like a normal human being.

"Let's go."

Daishi quickly followed Ahnthros, arriving at the scene just as he finished off the guards. Takara, upon seeing Daishi, lowered her sword and sheathed it, looking away to hide her tears. Daishi went over and gave her a hug, opening a portal to Makai and stepping through, closing it after Ahnthros came through. They arrived in one of the many fields in the forest.

"We should be safe for the time being. I've just put a barrier around the forest. No one can come in, whether it be physically or through teleportation."

Takara pushed herself away from Daishi and spoke, showing visible effort to keep from bursting into tears.

"Please, leave me alone for a bit."

Daishi patted her shoulder and walked a short distance away, out of sight, but close enough to be there in a flash if anything happened. Takara walked a few steps before collapsing to the ground and placed herself in a sitting position, still slightly dazed from the recent events. She brought out her flute, and played such a sorrowful tune, as though wanting to play away her sadness. A few moments later, the flute dropped from her trembling fingers, she could no longer keep herself composed and hid her face in her hands, sobbing. Clouds gathered overhead and rain poured down, as though the sky was crying with her.

The councel chamber had no light, not even a photon. But Tachi could see perfectly. THe robed members of the Eldar Councel look4ed down on him.
He stared defiently. "You have the girl, what more do you want? What other possible thing could you take away from me?"
They spoke as one. "We are supprised that it took you this long to bring her back. She is well within your capacity. Why did you delay in your duty?"
"You know as welll as I what delayed me. Why would you ask? What is it-" He paused as his voice broke and he held back tears. "What is it you would have me say? That I was weak? Yes, I was in love."
"Was?"
His face flashed with anger. "No, not was! I am in love with her. perhaps it is you who are the weak ones! All my life I was taught that to show emotion was to be weak. But in a few months I learned the power of affection. You may do what you like, But I am taking Takara out of here." His mind set in this course of action, He turned to leave.
"She is already gone, she escaped with the help of Anthros and Dashi. Tens of guards lie dead. We will send someone else to fetch the three of them. You are dissmised from the service of the Eldars, Tachi Tsubo."He Teleported to the Gates where he left her in the care of guards. He half smiled at the thought of her free. But the fact that she would be hunted by an assault squad made him shudder.

She hates me now, she has to. I betrayed her.
So? Is it the right thing to do? Think. use your heart, It is finaly beating.
He nodded opened the connection to Takara. He was washed with sadness. such sadness as he had felt himself. He teleprted to the source of it. Or rather he tried. A barrier stopped him. He appeared right where he started from. You see? She is done with me.
If you do not find a way to get to her, I will beat you about the face. Trie the plane of shadow. a barrier has never stopped you before, don't let it know, when it is most important.
He phased into the plane of shadow. A prosses that took longer than a teleport. He could now appear anywhere, as long as it had a shadow, it connected to the plane. He cut off his connection to takara an reduced his energy output to nothing. He came out on the far side of a tree and hid while looking for a vantage point. If the Eldars were to be believed, Dashi was with her, as well as this Anthros person.

Having finally recuperated from absorbing Takara's anguish, Ahnthros, realized where he was, and sat up, wiping his tear-stained eyes. He immediately noticed Takara's rain-soaked cloak covering him, and smiled slightly I'll have to thank her when next we meet He got up, wrung out the cloak, and threw it over his shoulder. Suddenly he noticed she was gone, and Daishi was standing there, looking completely livid "Daishi, she has left the barrier, hasn't she? What exactly is going to happen to her now?"

Daishi turned to look at Ahnthros and took a deep breath, calming himself down. Worrying would do no good at the moment.

"She's gone off to Tokyo, to wake the people up and get filled in on the others' plan to enter Noob's fortress where they will destroy a crystal of sorts that is the source of his power. I'm betting the Citadel will send someone after her, though it may take a while to track her, she can hide her aura quite well. I'm going off after her, she often forgets to look after herself. Are you coming?"

As he spoke, Daishi opened up a portal that led to Tokyo Tower where the others were gathered.

Daishi entered right after Ahnthros, making sure to close the portal once he was through. They both arrived at Tokyo Tower.

Takara and Kana stepped through the portal into the desolate area.

"Do you think they'll come?"

"They probably will. I was the one who was supposed to be captured, they won't return to the Citadel without me."

"Is it wise to fight all three?"

"Perhaps not, but it is because of me that they're here. I'd rather not trouble the others."

The two waited patiently, their every sense alert so as not to be taken by surprise.
