*Smiling he looked around still yawning a bit. He looked to her and then at the sun shining through the entrance. He was scared, but would not show it, and excited at the same time. He would leave his one home he had and go exploring with Dia. Who knows what could happen out there. Who knows what they would see. Who knows what could see them??? But he was just waking up, all of that couldn't go through his head right now so he just pushed it out and listened to her*
"Mmhmm. I'ms all rested up now. Just a bit hungry."
*As if on cue his stomach let out a little rumble. Signifying another part of his routine. Breakfast!*

Almost a second after the male's stomach growled Dia felt her own begin a sereies of low rumblings. Food did sound awfully good at the moment. She knew she was far too excited to eat a heavy meal, but also knew that every adventure should be started with nourishment.
"We should eat breakfast then!" she announced happily

Dia grinned, she hadn't had fish in such a long time! Lately she'd been having to catch squirells or baby rabbits because she wasn't exactly the best hunter, but mmmmmmm fish.
"That sounds great!" she said happily, wagging her tail.

*He smiles to her hearing the excitement. It was the only thing he was able to catch, other than bugs, so he was happy she was happy*
"Well whats we waitin for. Lets go to the creek(orz)!!!"
*He jumped near her and almosted dashed to the cave, but he stopped at the entrance. Something told him he should let her go first.*

Gleefully Dia fumbled over her own paws much like a little butterfly with wet wings, such was her inner excitment. The day had just begun and already she was having one chalk full of adventure, this was going to be good. The golden ball of fluff followed him and then barked a quick thanks when she saw that he had let her go first. The pink one was quite the gentlemen she thought, but didn't voice.
Instead she turned to him and eagerly yapped, "Okay, lead the way!"

"Shaking his head and looked to her and took in two deep sniff. He caught the scent of normal things and even a few different ones that were from last night, yet new to him, but he just looked to her*
"My smeller is out. You gots to find it for me. I dun remember the way and I can't find the scent. You gots to"
*He was fine in every way. He just had to make sure she was ready for such a journey as to find her parents*

"Okay, I'll do it!" Dia announced, puffy out her chest slightly.
This was a proud moment for her and she was more then a little excited to try her hand at leading the way to somewhere. Bristling slightly she brought her head down low, flickering her nostrils ever so slightly as she began to take in the raw heavy scent of the woods, some familar most not. Finally she nodded her head, her tail pointing out slightly.
"This way, come on!"

*Smiling he looked towards her and jumped happily off. His pink fur shining in the morning light as it shown through the leaves. He gave a nod as she was headed in the right direction, Hopefully she would get them the entire way there. Then he would show off to her by catching fish.*

The only thing that could be seen was a blur of gold and white as Dia ran happily through the forest, eager to get to where they could have some real fun! She felt her tongue lolling out of her mouth as her paws padded hard across the treaden earth until finally her cool water eyes saw just that right in front of her. The river!
"We're here!" She announced happily with a loud puppyish bark.

He stayed a step or two behind her as they ran. He was having fun himself. Running through the forest with a friend. No longer alone he was happy with that. He barked happily*
"You did it. Reat job Dia!
*He ran up to her and nudged her playfully*
"Ou're really good!"

Dia beamed. She had never had a real friend to call her own before, let alone someone that said she had done a good job on something. Briefly she wondered if her parents had ever been proud of her. Wolves that knew that she would really make it the world, love her for the things she had done right. Like finding the river! But, that was only a brief thought and Dia sidestepped and nudged Tanryoku back before retreating to the water's edge, her light eyes staring at her own reflection curiously.

*Tanryoku smiled as he went to the waters edge with her. He looked at the water and then to her*
"Kay, Its my urn!"
*Slowly he walked into the water till it was up to his chest. He did not move only kept his nose just barely above the water. He waited for what seemed like hours, only a few minutes though, till finally he got a gleam of joy in his eyes. He had spotted a fish!*

Dia hung back from the water, wondering if she should even chance to go near it. Anything could be floating around in that water! But once she saw the male paw waft through it she decided to be brave herself. Of course, she was going to leave the fish catching to him, but she wanted to at least see what was going on. So she padded slowly and cautiously forward until she had gotten all four paws wet.
Though she wouldn't go further then that. Instead she contented herself with watching him closely.

*He did not watch her, after all he was young. He had yet to learn how to watch everything around him. Instead he kept his eye one the movement around around his legs. It was not very large. Just as long as his short paws. But it was the juicy meat. The world seemed to stop around him in the few seconds it took him to make up his mind. He sent his muzzle through the water. Like a falcon diving upon its prey, just not as fast are graceful. When his muzzle came up though, there was nothing.*
