Huh? Perhaps Auntie had picked up on her cluelessness.
"Cool." Shouko smiled, and noticed the doors opening.
"Argh! I'm so sorry for taking so long." A dripping wet Kat was standing in the doorway, looking quite forlorn.

Dulcea looked a little startled, rifling through her bag for the blanket she carried for some of the younger ones. She pulled a thick grey blanket out, rushing over to put it around Kat's shoulders. "Is it really raining that hard?"

Scuttling into the blanket Kat snorted, "Raining my a**. I fell in the pond." She made a comical expression to express her distaste at the situation.
Hearing Mama's explanation, Shouko giggled. She really was acting weird.. Continueing to stroke Teagan, Shou observed her mother and aunt interact.

She covered her mouth with a hand, trying to stifle her laughter, "You fell in the pond? How?" she asked, though she thought she might already know the answer.
Teagan wiggled around in her hand, trying to push toward her touch, an interesting reaction considering he usually drew back from interaction.

"I, umm.. kinda walked around in my own thoughts." Blushing, Kat unknowingly repeated her daughter's actioin earlier by shuffling her feet. Looking incredibly much like an embarrassed schoolgirl.
So sweet, was Shouko's thoughts when Teagan tried to get her to continue. Giggling a bit, she took her attention off the adults to dedicate all of it to gently stroking Teagan.

She fought back giggles, pulling the blanket tight on Kat's shoulders, "I've done that before, fell into a koi pond."
(( That gave me an idea, a koi Eden would be kinda awesome o.O ))
Teagan shivered under her touch, happy just to have attention on him.

"I can actually imagine you doing that." Kat smiled at Ul, feeling a bit better now.
Shouko tried to stop her giggles. He was simply too cute to resist! Planting a small kiss in the middle of the leaf, Shouko smiled happily.

She smiled, "Unfortunately, the koi could too, one of the oscars tried to eat my toes" she said, wiggling her toes as she did.
Teagan nearly bounced on her hand, and impressive sight for a leaf, happy to have made a friend.

Giggling, Kat tried to imagine Ul getting her toes eaten by an oscar.
Smiling even wider as Teagan bounced, Shouko began humming again.

Dulcea looked toward Shouko and Teagan, "They seem to like each other. That's good, we wouldn't want any fights aye?"
He wiggled slowly, as if he was swaying to the melody.

"They certainly do. He's very.. touchy-feely, isn't he?" Kat smiled in the direction of her daughter and the younger Eden.
Noticing that he liked it, Shouko began singing very softly, though without words.

She nodded, he was very sensitive to touch, but she hadn't quite figured out why. "Maybe contact reminds him of his mother? His real mother I mean."
He was still for a little while, a little worn out by his string of activity.

She thought for a moment, "Well, I suppose, but I meant more a lemur's conception of a mother, a protector."
He stirred a little, though he had gone into a resting state, mostly unaware of what was going on other than the faint notes he heard and felt.
