J-rock heart I don't think I've posted in this topic before heart I love SO many J-rock bands, I'm not sure I want to try listing them all. ^^;
I really love Dir en grey, Gazette, Malice Mizer, Gackt, Duel Jewel, BLOOD, Nightmare, Vidoll, Sid, Ayabie, and a lot of bands. Just to name a few. ^^;
Kaori-san's character designs definitely seem to have a J-rock influence. Kaine's main characters are band members, ne? I think it's sort of funny that the guitarist in Kaine is named Die, though - I read that and thought of Die from Dir en grey. It sort of amused me. ^^;

mmm...i love dir en grey, gackt, l'arc~en~ciel, all the popular ones, yes sweatdrop although i suppose they're popular for a reason hehe....
actually, my fav J-rock band is the back horn biggrin but they are definitely not visual kei....hahaha ^^;;;

I like Malice Mizer, Moi Dix Mois, Dir En Grey, Buck-Tick and others.
I think that Kaori Yuki-san at least had some interest in Malice Mizer. The large color pictuer of the Mad Hater in the art book Angel Cage looks a lot like Kozi of Malice Mizer. But that's just a guess on my part.
