Okay, I'm sorry. But I'm so bored I just MUST post!
I'm procrastinating a little bit more on the next chapter... It's 12:57 AM. Give me a break! I did get a page and a half done. But anyways.

But music is inspirationalish!
I listened to Flogging Molly's Seven Deadly Sins... more than a few times. Reorganized my entire Jukebox tracks list... I went from 47 to 153. (Most of them are actually ones I own! I just uploaded lots of CDs. biggrin )
And then, oh God. I listened (and sang along ^^) to Skyclad's anotherdrinkingsong more times than I can count. And now I have the urge to write a songfic about Jack in a pub, hearing that song.
So then I got the urge to suggest to fanfiction.net to add a section for Torchwood. But I have to have a fanfiction ready to submit, first. Hm... writing a fanfic before the show? It's possible. I see enough fan websites for it already... ^^
And thus ends my rant. At 1 AM. No... I'm not going to bed. mrgreen

Flogging Molly! That's good inspiration, just get Jack drunk. Or the Doctor, could be even better.
Just joking, take as long as you like, I can be patient...
A Torchwood fanfic before the show? Well, that's interesting. Wonder how many theories you can get right in the show?

Hm... depends on how many spoilers are given out. Unlike the Stargates, it looks like the show is going to be underwraps until it airs.
My favorite lines in anotherdrinkingsong, that would fit so perfectly for Jack...

Thanks for being patient. I'd rather have it take a long time to update than update with something that is crap. ERM! I just can't concentrate lately. I guess I'm just too excited about SG1 and SGA starting back up again... smile

Yesh! It is now up! I have posted Chapter Six. biggrin
I had a lot of trouble with this chapter... Mainly because I switched ideas in it SO much. I even had it starting off where they go to a hospital and stuff... And then I was just like 'No'. So I rewrote it... three or four times. Ergh.
But it's done now! Enjoy. biggrin
I'm foreshadowing SO much for the sequel fic it's not even funny...
Once I'm done writing this I'm going to go back and reread the whole thing and list all the things I foreshadowed so I can stick them into the sequel. ^^

Another good chapter. At first I was happy that the Doctor was more prominent this time, until he started acting like a big crybaby and I remembered exactly why I was glad he regenerated into David Tennant last year... whee
Anyway, I really like the concept of the alien emo orb, it's origin and how it got adapted by others for more malicious purposes. I also wonder how you're planning to explain that last scene. Guess I'll have to wait till the next chapter.
Barrowman's planning on reading fanfic now? Don't do it John, you'll be scarred for life!!!

Hairy Priest Another good chapter. At first I was happy that the Doctor was more prominent this time, until he started acting like a big crybaby and I remembered exactly why I was glad he regenerated into David Tennant last year... whee Anyway, I really like the concept of the alien emo orb, it's origin and how it got adapted by others for more malicious purposes. Nine is probably always going to be my favorite. It's obvious Ten just pushes everything to the back of his mind. One day we're going to get an episode where he's completely emo. Because it's been building for way too long... Erm.
I love the orb thing, too. I'm still trying to figure out where I got the idea from. ^^ Emo...? Oh God... now I'm going to want to call it 'The Emo Orb' in the actual ff. Darn you! biggrin
Apparently it's his neices and nephews that have been the most disturbed... poor kids. I'd freak if one of these actors (especially Michael Shanks from SG1) was a family member. The fanfics I've found... :shudder:

Which is a good thing, I suppose, since you're keeping the Doctor's characterization consistent with the show. On the other hand, Jack hasn't kissed or fondled anyone yet... that's definitely out of character! razz Gah, Tennant's on his way to becoming a big crybaby as well! Hopefully the Bride will whack some sense into him...

I was with my dad for the last week. Whenever I'm with him, I never have a chance to get on the computer.
An entire week away! :huggles compie:
*ahem*
Yeah. Last night, instead of writing the next chapter, I did a 5000 word one shot for Stargate Atlantis. Today and tomorrow I'll work on and almost certainly post the next chapter.
The next chapter is four pages of stuff I'm about to delete. >>; I've been trying to figure out what the character's reactions should be. Any suggestions?
