Jubilee laughed. "Ok," she said, bouncing over to Zukin. She watched Zukin's tail for a moment and blinked, frowning, then shook her head.
"You're tail..." the small asian girl trailed off. "Nevermind," she said quickly. "It's nothing."
She had seen the tail before, countless times when playing with Zukin, but just now she had thought that it reminded her of something else, vaugly.
Weird.

Zukin blinked and tilted her head slightly, pausing in her step "Jubilee? What is it?" She followed the girls gaze to her tail and then looked back to the girls face.
"Are you alright?" she asked, a concerned expression on her face.
((What's that flashback from? Kurt?))

"I'm...I'm fine," the small girl squeaked. She touched her hands to her temples on her head. "I just saw something that doesn't exsist...that's all."
She held her hand up and took Zukins. "Lets go then..."

"As long as you're sure," Zukin took Jubilees hand and squeezed it slightly "you know, you can tell me anything, right?"
Walking out of the park, Zukin looked around "I wonder what there is to do around here," she wondered out loud, "sure you don't know anything?" She asked.

Jubilee smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I know. It's just..."
Zukin'd probably think she was crazy. Very, very crazy. She had seen a blue, demonic face, grinning. What could that possibly mean?
"It's just, I'm sure it was nothing." She nodded. "I'm sure. I've only been here like, one other time. And that wasn't even on purpose. I've just now got the hang of this dumb phone thingy."

Zukin smiled "alright, if you're sure." A pause "The phone? I've heard about those, Minerva and me simply fly everywhere, we're not big technology girls. So what kind of places does the phone lead to, one of them might be interesting."

"I dunno. I just know one button leads here and another leads home and another leads to the Kingdom."
She pulled it out and flipped it open. "Supposedly, if you have the places' number that you're going to you can dial it and it will take you there. I don't know if there are any random buttons." She stared at it, then handed it up to the teen.

Zukin took the weird phone and examined it, having never seen one before, she didn't know how to work it. It didn't look that complicated, but that didn't mean that it wasn't.
"There should be other numbers that work, from what I've heard... but I'm unaware of what they are... hm.." She looked down at Jubilee and grinned "no chance it came with an instruction manual, eh?"

The little girl laughed, covering her mouth gleefully. "No, no I don't think it did." She said, grinning. "It's one of those, play around with it, I think."
"I haven't quite figured it all out. Kida doesn't help, because she doesn't know. She said she liked walking, so she never tried to learn the phone. But you can't WALK to Traverse." Jubilee smiled. "Kida told me once about how she accidently got here. And she was all freaked out and stuff." She sighed, recalling one of the few instances her and Kida had had a nice 'sisterly' moment.

"Well maybe we should invent one, earn enough money for more ice-cream by selling them," She suggested, a grin on her face.
"I've never even seen one before now, so I can't even begin to guess this thing, never had to worry about it. Minerva can teleport, so... yeah, I steal favours from her ever once in a while."
Peering underneath the phone, she frowned slightly when she saw no instructions, "this just will not do, I guess we're on our own Jubes."

Jubilee giggled, taking the phone back. "Yeah, sure. Send ourselves into strange alternate worlds so we can write the instruction manual on it."
Hey, that wasn't such a bad idea...Could be fun.
"Well, it's ok. I like walking," she said, smiling.

"Left it is," Jubilee said, tugging Zukin right, then blushed, then went in the correct direction. "The other left, the other left," she muttered to herself.
"It would be fun, but I mean, we could get lost or trapped or...any number of things!" Living in a house full of grown ups had made Jubilee particularly more forethinking then most children.

"I'll bet you think your soooo clever," Jubilee said, teasingly. "Being the big smart teen who knows left from right."
Jubilee didn't put up any argument. She hadn't been suggesting they go adventuring, just trying to point out the negitive outcomes of random travel. "Yeah, sure," she responded. "So are we looking at anything in particular?"
