~Azure did not involve himself with the debate at hand. He only walked passed the group and spoke in a mild mannered tone. Once again, his voice assertive, but not leaving its normal tone.~

Whenever you children are done with this debate, you will find me at the Oasis.

~With that, Azure left the area. He had sunk into silence after his words, the irritation in his voice apparent as he calmly left the Citadel. He was not one to argue with others over such trivial matters. He felt that leadership could not be appointed, but a true leader would demonstrate his worth to his comrades. Once he reached the outside of the citadel, he was addressed by a familiar figure standing against the wall.~

So, what do you plan to do?

I will aid them....for now.

And the rest of us?

You will remain at the Stronghold. There is no reason to send us all on this mission.

So what will happen if the situation grows beyond your control?

Remember the code.

"As Lord Valkari already stated functioning as a unit is paramount, a leader should not be needed...I have played my part in this." she said in a flat tone as Azure departed, slightly irritated that he was acting in such a manner, but neither was she surprised by it.
"I assume that we shall be leaving at dusk. Should this debate reach a sensible conclusion myself and those accompanying me will be prepared to depart at the northern gate at the appointed time." She bowed slightly to Lord Valkari and directed only a subtle nod to Hykoshi before turning to leave, Kyrion soon walking along side her as they departed.

"Will you be going alone, or should I alert the others?" he inquired as they entered the street level of Atazoth upon emerging from the citadel.

"Kyrion, do you really think I would deprive you of such an occasion." she said wryly. "Yes you will be coming, as will the others here if they so choose. Send word to Avarus alert them to the news as well as the course of action that we intend to take."

"It has already been done." he replied calmly.

"Good" she responded.

"yes we do and anything is better then just eating, we could probly even see if they have any type of crypt you might like to explore..."

Walking outside Ashrem sighed noticeing the fight itself was just about over. One man was being dragged away by his friends by his feet, and the other man was being dragged away by police by the cuffs on his hands.

"damn law enforcement... it could have been a good fight..."

~At the Oasis within the city, Azure once again found himself staring down at his reflection. The beast within him staring back, almost smiling at him as he awaited the conclusion of their argument. His subordinate had already departed. He had taken a seat near the water, and drew one of his blade, and a sharpenning stone. As he looked up at the sky he could not help but feel that there was something about this particular faction that had been over looked. It would take a bit of investigating, but surely he would find an asnwer...whether the result favored his intuition or not.~

Hykoshi looked to the group. "Bah, you who have the right, choose." He walked away, his wife joining him from the hall, and he followed Issildia out. It bothered him that this was the way he was treated, for he was once respected.

stressed "Yes, it could have been."

Satinka watched with a slightly irritated facial expression.

"I wonder if Lady Issildia is managing well, she has been gone for quite a while. It bothers me to have let her run off alone, despite her capabilities."

She closed her eyes for a minute.

"But surely she would call if we were needed. I trust in her as leader, but I worry about her as a woman. She has a kind side, rare as a blue moon, but it's there."

Issildia and Kyrion were soon approaching Ashrem and Satinka who had remained behind during the meeting.
Without verbal prompting from Issildia; Kyrion relayed the information gathered from the meeting to Ashrem and Satinka, mainly alerting them to the fact that should they choose to journey to Celeste that they would be departing at dusk.
"And those do not intend to come should return to the Keep immediately." Kyrion stated, ending his speech.

Issildia then spoke, her tone devoid of any trace of emotion. "Know also that a number of other clans will be going as well, and I do not doubt that many of them will be absorbed in their petty quarrels...we are not going to become involved in such trivialities for as always we shall remain neutral in such affairs. We only have one objective in this, and that is arresting the progress of the Infinitus within Natori."

"And we shall prevail, if we would write a victory in blood." Hykoshi murmured, walking past Issildia, and outside. His wife following close behind. He withdrew a blank letter, and looked around for a messenger bird to buy. His wife looked worried "Haiku?"
"Not now, wife." He said angrily, and stalked off into the busy street.

"Yes... I know of her kinder side... and I trust her as well... But lets not think of such things, if Issildia needs us then she will call... so let us enjoy our free time while we can."

With that Ashrem started down what looked to be a street leading to a bazarr of some sort.

"Understood, Lady Issildia. The keep is no fun. I will be departing with you, as usual."

Satinka closed her eyes for a brief moment.

Did you hear that, Ashrem?

Neutrality, eh? That's fine, that means if either side slips up, I can kill all of them instead of just half. So be it.

Opening her eyes again, Satinka spoke.

"I shall enjoy this little mission."

Issildia made no verbal response to Satinka, she simply gave a brief nod; Kyrion quickly following in suit as she turned to leave the two to their business until it was time to depart.

As she and the azerian once again entered the streets both of them easily caught sight of the rest of the clan leaders exiting the Citadel. Kiris's expression was fixed into that of a scowl as she entered the main level of the city, Darin following behind as the desert woman made way towards Issildia and Kyrion.

"I certainly hope you are happy." Kiris spat, while Darin caught her by the arm to stop her from advancing any further.
"You do understand that without any sort of authority established...this mission will be doomed from the start." she uttered in anger.

"You have never been one to answer to authority Kiris...why do you expect it to apply to the others, thus the only logical choice it to allow the group to function as a unit...it really is not a difficult matter. Even so, it seems that you are having trouble coming to terms with it." Issildia countered in a calm tone.

Kiris frowned as she caught the subtle insult. "You assassins are all the same, destruction is your only function, manufacturing discord is your only purpose. What would you know on the matter?"

"You are angry because you wished to be the one to lead the operation...understandable...but also pathetic. You young ones always trouble yourselves with such trivial matters." Issildia retorted with subdued disdain.

Indeed they do.

~It seemed that in the midst of the conversation, not a single one of them had noticed his approach. Azure calmly walked toward the group and folded his arms once again. He did not seem at all interested inthe words of one savage such as Kiris, but he had a question of his own, and did not care who held the answer.~

I trust a decision has been made. When do we depart?

"Of Course I did Satinka... Issildia knows my responce without me even saying..."

Ashrem looked around at the city takeing one last look. After a few moments he looked back at Satinka.

"So shall we head to where we are supposed to meet Issildia?"

((whoops missed that part of raven's post sweatdrop ))

Hykoshi appeared without notice as well, his hand resting within his jacket, and a look of annoyance on his face, "After three of my comrades appear, I will be ready. It will take no more than a day. I believe tommorrow afternoon will suit as well fairly well.
