I did a lot of stalking ninja but it all finished when i met my baby. But when i used to stalk this would be my tactic:

1) Conect with some friend of the stalked person and,

a) become a good friend of that person.
b) find out interests and even if i desagree say awesome me too.
c) if the person im conecting is single offer my friends for dates blaugh
d) After the friend of the stalked person is my friend, ask him for his dear friend and find out all i can about him.
NOTE: this person is going to be very important on your mission so choose it carefully and make sure he doesnt fall for you but for a friend of yours, so then your stalked person doesnt say "i wont go out with the girl my friend likes"
If he falls for a friend is very easy to say let's go an a date with you my friend and you friend and me ... that'd work perfectly.

2) After i knew everthing about the stalked person (including phone number, e mail and home address) try to conect with him in some way.
Ways to conect:

a) Walk over his house (in a time in wich i knew that person would be there, getting that info from person in point one) and ask for direction. for example: "do you know if .... lives around here? ive been looking for an hour now and no luck... hey wait ... do i know you? are you friend with [person in point one]? OMG !!! we are very good friends he always talks about you !! ..." [keep chating and see what happens there]

b) Add him to your msn account and when he's online msg him: "hello who are you?" and he'll ask who are you and you say "didnt you add me? cause i dont know who you are" He'll say he didnt so you just saw "well anyways im bored out of my mind what's your name?" [after you started a conversation try to get to know him good (even though you know already but he doesnt know that so yeah, mention some points you know the person is interested on (you know that from the person on point 1) for exaple lets say stalked person likes cars you come up with "yeah ... im looking at lamorghini's page now ... i just love thwe sound of those cars and you know? you can listen to every single sound of the car on they web site, do you like cars?" that always works to keep the guy's attention.

c) Or you can just call and tell him. "you dont know me but i do, i like you and i'd love to talk to you ... do you have somehting to do now or you can give me 10 minutes?"
