Casey-kun Lady Leonardo I've not really talked to her but I've dealt with her through her store and I've definately gotten a good vibe. And I LOVE her webcomic. I'm such a dork, I just had to order a Schism shirt for my doll and one for myself. We'll match! xd Oh and that is probably one of my favorite doll sites, such great photostories! This is another one of my favorites. I didn't even realize until after I'd ordered my doll that Kitori was an Elf El. *squee* No wonder I loved mine when I first saw him. (He's just not an elf that's all.) lol, you guys should join the BJD guild Leigh made on Gaia (Plastic People). Both Loki and Leigh are in it ^^;;; I looked at that one but I didn't want to join two guilds for the same thing. I'd probably get confused. sweatdrop

I don't think she noticed there was one here . . . you guys are only a few days apart in forming I think. ^^;;; But there are a different crowd of people at each. [I don't find it confusing myself, but I'm an oddball where most things are concerned anyway. sweatdrop ]

I also don't like moving out of my comfort zone with new stuff. I know that people here have excepted my crazy BJD n00bness and that is good... now I'm paranoid others won't. xd Ah well!

As previously mentioned my sewing capabilities are zero, but can anyone advise me on how to make a pair of legwarmers for my doll? Actually if anyone can advise me on anything super easy (even if it's ghetto, like cutting up a real article of clothing, as long as it doesn't look too lame) you'd be loved forever.
The first week of waiting sucked, the next two weren't so bad and now I'm waiting for him to get here once he's been shipped and I'm full of "OMG I NEED TO MAKE STUFF" energy. xd

I made Key THE most ghetto pants yesterday! They're huge! They look like the pictures from those weight loss commercials where they hold out the pants to show how much they lost. I have them as drawstring sleep pants right now and they're made out of one of my old Blockbuster shirts. xd
While I was wallowing in my ghettoness I also cut up a sock so now it sorta (if you have imagination) looks like a wifebeater. He looks very ghetto right now. I just need to get him a hat to turn backwards- oooh or sideways since he's white!
He's pretty fly for a white guy. xd

I know I should probably put this in the gallery but since I DID mention it here... I can always cut the picture out later. 3nodding That was ridiculously fun, wildly OOC and I don't know that Key will forgive me... especially since I just bought him a really gay sweater that I made him wear for pictures. *L* But yeah that's his "pretty fly for a white guy" look.

That...is...ghetto!!! Very cute in a thrown together extremely white boy, "I'm down" kind of way. Being a black girl, I find it kind of undescribable on a doll and not something that I would do, but what ever floats your boat as it is your doll. If you want something nicer though, a basic T-shirt shouldn't be that hard to make with a pattern and a fabric that doesn't fray too easily.

I guess this is kind of a delicate area so I shall tread carefully. This of course is just sort of a joke. I was working at Blockbuster when the movie Malibu's Most Wanted came out (dunno if you know about the movie) and saw SO many people renting it who had no clue that the movie was basically about them! It's like dude... you live in South Carolina... you have a southern accent... get a clue! *sigh* It's incredibly out of character for my boy that's for sure. He still hasn't forgiven me but I have an outfit on order from Flight of Swords and hopefully when it gets here he'll forgive me.

Yes, I'm not sure that if I were your boy I would forgive you either, but the Flight of Swords outfit would help it along nicely! I have seen Malibou's Most Wanted and I thought it was a pretty dumb movie, but the rest of the people in my family thought it was hilarious so go figure. On to the reason that I'm here, other than that I would probably end up here anyway: and He's hiding because he has no front pocket like the pattern says. The only problem is that I'm afraid I made the main part too small and I don't know if it's right because I don't have a doll to test it on because my dad's being a**l at the moment! Maybe I'll add a pocket later as it looks kind of lonely in the front, what with no pocket and all. So do you think that you would buy it and for how much?

If I knew it'd fit I'd be interested but I don't know for how much. I've been told that you can get a hoodie that's just a tiny bit too big (which is great for some dolls styles) at Michaels and I imagine that'd be a lot cheaper of course. Still, if it fits and is good quality I know people would want them, especially if you had a variety of fabrics and if you maybe added an iron on design or something at some point. I imagine little wings on the back would be ridiculously cute. 3nodding
Tell ya what, if you can ever figure out how to make a decent quality suit that isn't painfully expensive I am SO there. I'll be needing a suit when I get Donovan but the Luts suit is $170. *chokes* I understand why it's that expensive (you get several pieces) but it just seems like so much!
