Sadly I can't make it to Otakon (briefly I thought I might but guess not) BUT there's a chance I might be going to Anime Weekend Atlanta. *squeels* (Rikki Simons shall be there... and for that I'm very excited.)

OMG,. that's right, I need to figure out when AWA is...OMG!!! My girl won't arrive in time anyway!!! Damn. I live about 4 hours from Atlanta, but i have family there, so maybe they'ed put up with me for the weekend if I pay for all of my expenses.

i wouldnt ever bring my girls to a con cause myself and others tend to get rowdy and i would be too scared of them being injured, and especially stolen.

I brought my babies to AX this past weekend and we went to the DOA meets! (very fun!) but now I want a limited volks >.< maybe even 2! EEK!
also on sunday I was picking up my stuff (one of my friends was watching it for me) and there was a DOD bag next to the stuff, so instinctually I picked it up thinking it was mine >.< I felt so bad that it was someone else's very adorable Si[F] (he was so cute!) I felt so bad for almost taking him away!!! (good think I thought twice and the owner saw me pick it up!)
I'll add pics in the gallery when my mom gives me the camera back >.<

Astro-chan Aeris18001 At Megacon I found a group of girls that had dollfies and they were having a tea party it was cute. 3nodding ((I think you should bring dollfie clothing ^.^)) The SF Bay Area BJD group is going to be doing that sometime soon. ^^ Except I have no clue how we'll heat our tea... Maybe we'll have an iced tea party. Well I have a little fridgerator thingy that both keeps food or drinks hot or cold. But arg, I don't know if anyone here lives near Orlando, Florida... crying

Does anyone here live in the Tennessee area and is planning to go to MTAC next year? this past year I only saw one doll and it was a Volks FCS-05 head on a Luts girl body. I want to meet other dolls!!!

Let's see...at Katsucon '05 they had a dollfie workshop. About a dozen dolls made it, which was nice. It was geared towards beginners and the curious.
My favorite part of the presentation (aside from the dolls) was this warning: YOU WILL NOT BUY JUST ONE! xd Kinda frightening, in a way...
