ID say its pretty even thou id have to say Goku.
Ive watched every show with SUperman in it (going to see the new one tommorow :3) and id have to say Goku's energy based attacks are enough to hurt superman an inch over and over again.
And as for fist fighting, Goku's been in a ton of them and I lost track of all his "Saiyan modes" but supermans hit might be stronger but Goku does seem an inch quicker in reaction time plus the whole teleporting thing helps Goku.
ANd just throeing ti out there, Goku's spirit bomb might actually do some lethal damage to Superman but no one is going to let Goku stand there summoning all the energy ninja

Goku isn't faster in reaction time. And the Spirit Bomb doesn't work on the pure of heart, which Superman is.
And by 'teleporting', I'll assume you weren't referring to when he vanishes from the spot and then re-appears. That's called Zanzoken, meaning quick movement. It's when he uses a rapid burst of speed.
If you were referring to Instant Transmission, it won't be of too much help. It takes a second to lock on, and Superman's awareness would allow him to track Goku, making the technique inneffective.

Saiyan Master Vegeta Goku isn't faster in reaction time. And the Spirit Bomb doesn't work on the pure of heart, which Superman is. A friend of mine said that Superman is "fragile" compared to Goku.
My brain leaked out of the back of my head from the opening that formed as my skull exploded when he said that.
Just what do I say to a guy like that?

Just what do I say to a guy like that? Tell him to read the Dragonball Z and Superman series, and then come back. If he says he already has, then tell him to do it without a blindfold on.

I told him to do that. Twice.
Then I asked him to explain what he meant by "Fragile."
Then he proceeded to compare Superman to Glass Joe in Mike Tyson's Punch Out.
Then I had a siezure. I'm going to send him here so he can learn a thing or two.
Yo, SMV, do you have any links to the really well-articulated Superman vs Goku debates?
I can find the scans I need to prove a point...
But this guy doesn't even know who Darkseid is.
I just want to have everything in one place so he can sit, read, and shut the eff up.

Saiyan Master Vegeta CosmicBeing In the realm of fighting Superman has him beat on speed. With Supes super senses ( xp ) he'd be able to detect where he was going to appear almost before he did. Plus Superman doesn't have a lot of Ki. None of his attacks are Ki attacks....thus Goku's ability to sense people wouldn't really be too affective. Not against someone with light speed flight. Superman is smarter than Goku. Sure Goku has him beat on martial arts (despite the fact that Superman is indeed very skilled). But Superman can think faster/better than Goku could ever. Goku likes to smash and charge up and fly around. Superman will think things through as soon as he realizes that Goku is too powerful to KO in a couple punches. It would indeed be a spectacular fight, but Superman would indeed win. Just as a pointer: Every living thing emits ki. That's why the plants, animals, and regular humans contribute to Goku's Spirit Bomb; a massive ball of gathered ki. Therefore, seeing as Superman is obviously living, he most likely emits a great amount of ki. He doesn't necessarily have to be a ki user to have it. another way of thinking about ki as the force from star wars... a quote from ol'ben "...The force surrounds us, binds us, and holds the universe togeather......" or something like that...... everyone has it kinda like skin.....i hope.....

Dr Henry Pym Izayoi Kyoya Saiyan Master Vegeta Izayoi Kyoya Umm... Superman is a western character, ki is derived from Japanese philosophy.. You don't assume someone has ki when they haven't been stated to have it. Ki = Life Force. And I'm pretty sure Superman has a decent amount of life force, or else he wouldn't be alive. Everyone and every living thing has it, no matter how much. Guess you missed the part when I said ki is of Japanese origin.... Edit: I should just say Asian origin. Still does not matter Asians are no more alive than anyone else. Ki = Life Energy not Asian Life Energy. (from south park not my mind.) you idiot! asians dont have souls! (from when kenny gest the psp)
