for ground forces, and air forces, are notoriously competitive... and... combative.... and... yeah, we're each a bit of both... so, maybe that would mean it should be worse? sweatdrop

Hehe, Kenosha was talking about the RPG setting of Amber, which happens to be one of my favorites. In fact, Amber Diceless RPG was an inspiration in the design of the Antagonism System.
The RPG setting involves a form of magic used by the royalty which allows them to talk to any of their kin, or jump to their location utilizing a deck of Tarot-like cards called 'Trumps'. These cards are in turn powered by a source of power which holds the universe together: a cosmic Pattern. In order to gain the power to use the Trumps (among other things), you have to walk the Pattern from beginning to end, without flaw.
No making fun, just was trying to get across to Ken that I knew what he was talking about xd

Im guessing the "walk the pattern from beginning to end" is like going through a trial to test your abilities to see if you are good enough to harness said power, right?
