no, no they did not deserve the awesome ness of invader zim. Those small and young kids dont get the humor in it, and the double sided jokes and humor. They should have put it on cartoon network well now that it is becomeing even more popular with an OLDER audience. i tottaly agree with that fact! 3nodding

Every now and then (less than they have in the past) Nick has jumped out of the box and brought an excellent cartoon to the world. Sadly, all of these cartoons are now defunct and have had very short lives. I say we all take a moment in silence for such classics as Rocko's Modern Life, Aaahh! Real Monsters!, Ren and Stimpy, and all the others who were tragically removed from the airwaves.
Funny thing is, Nick ASKED Jhonen to make a children's cartoon...

hahahaha yeah i know. i'll always get a kick out of that. they came to him and then later on they get all whiny cause they have to keep asking him to take things out. hellow, he did a comic book about a guy killing almost anyone... what made them think he wasn't going to be a little more bolder then most cartoons on Nick? but oh wells. in a way Jhonen was glad that it ended. he was tired of dealing with Nick and having to take things out or changing them

No Nickelodion was definatly not the operative place to put Zim, cartoon network would have been better. nickelodion is for kids who like retarded things like sponge bob, Zim was way too over their heads

Nickelodian cancelled it and replaced it with shows like "All Grown Up". No, they didn't deserve it.

NightFighter13 Hay, I have been asking myself this for a long time, did Nickalodian deserve Invader Zim? Or maybe that isn't the right question. I mean think of it. Nickalodian is the first kid's network... right? Though I hate the network down to it's very last molicule, I don't think it was the right place to put it. The show is aimed to an older audience and though older kids do watch the channal, I think it would have done alot better on Cartoon Network... what are your veiws?? I agree with you

Nick doesn't know what it wants, and they, being the "first kid's network" didn't exactually appreciate the show.
I think a better place for Invader Zim would be The N. Think: The N is made for an older teenage audience (*hinthint* Degrassi), and they need a little more comedy in their routine. Serious, dark comedy. ^^;

i dont think nickelodeon was deserving of invader zim. i think the reason why nick took off the show and moved it to nicktoons was probably because the show was too graphic. (like when zim's zit, pustulio bursted)
