Moon: I don't know.

Every horoscope I have ever read is right on, so I must be your typical Leo. The only thing I wonder is, maybe my moon sign is a cancer, or something of the shy type. I have my moods.

Interesting, have never heard of this way of finding out...

Several of my sources have charts; something about changing moon cycles. Usually the pattern from the books I have show a rough month-by-month display. (ex. Jan=cancer, feb=virgo, mar=virgo, apr=libra, may=sagittarius, june=capricorn, july=pisces, aug=aries, sept=gemini, oct=cancer, nov=virgo, dec=libra. This was the rough pattern the moon travelled in 1953, 1972, and 1991. The pattern is more-or-less the same every 19 years.) I have books that state the specific day the moon moved into a certain sign, as well.

I am curious about the two signs back thing, because my moon sign is supposed to be in Sagittarius, and my sun sign is Sagittarius, as well. Hmm....

Virgo, but that is about it. I act nothing like Virgoes from what I understand of it.

I don't know...you're quite analytical, and you like learning and knowing--those are virgo traits. Now, I can't say for sure, but I'm sure you are more like your sign then you think. Or perhaps you're like my father. He's a pisces, but doesn't act like one at all. Sure enough, he has moon and rising sign in aries--and THAT fits him perfectly. *shrugs* Matter of opinion, though.

Like I said, I know VERY little about this sort of thing. As it stands, I am analytical, and I do like to learn. I guess I will have to study it sometime soon.

Capricorn: December 22- january 20
Aquarius: Jan. 21- Feb. 18
Pisces: Feb. 19- March 20
Aries: March 21- April 19
Taurus: April 20- May 20
Gemini: May 21- June 21
Cancer: June 22- July 22
Leo: July 23- Aug. 22
Virgo: Aug. 23- Sep. 22
Libra: Sep. 23- Oct. 23
Scorpio: Oct. 24- Nov. 22
Sagittarius: Nov. 23- Dec. 21

actually those zodiac dates are the fixed standard ones, they actual real crossover date changes (within 2 days either way of the fixed ones above) year to year. I am born right on the cusp (crossover) of Leo and Cancer. Some years im on the cancer side others the leo side. It makes me a strange combo, water and fire, the moon and sun signs of the tarot with characteristics that contradict eachother.

It may explain me often conflicted self

two signs back is in an astrology book... i believe it was everything you need to know about estrology....
